Not feeling well.
I guess I have over done it at school this week. I was a little tired yesterday. Today, I could hardly keep myself going. I did not exercise. I wish I could have but there was no way,
I did not eat much today but what I did eat made my stomach hurt.
B- decaf coffee and liquid protein 18 grams
s- protein shake 12 grams
L- Protein shake 12 grams
s- peanut butter 6 grams
D- 2oz. ham and 1oz. turkey 7 grams
s- SF popcicle
s- liquid protein 18 grams
73 total protein
I need some of that positive energy sent MY way! I am pooped!!!

You are only a few weeks out from surgery. Starting back to shcool and standing and working can take its toll on someone only able to consume just a few hundred calories per day right now. So allow yourself some rest until you get used to it all again. I only exercise 5 days per week. We all need a couple days to be lazy and recoop. You are doing great. I hope you get to come to the Hattiesburg support meeting this month because I can't wait to meet you.
