what we ate today + i need another intervention Tammy!!!!!!
Hey ladies here is what I had yesterday:
b = coffee (had a training meeting and did not have time to eat)
s = nothing
l = about half of a potato from mcalisters it had turkey and ham and cheese really i just ate the toppings because the potato was hard and i hate hard potatos. whew sounds like excuese huh lol lol anyway i will own up to half. lol lol
s = about 2 squares graham crackers
d = 1 grilled chicken strip about 6 pieces of fried okra, about 4 bites of green salad with ranch dressing and two bites of turnips (just relized that i actually like turnips i had never had them before)
s = 1 kiwi
