Good morning Arlies, Hope this finds you doing well. I heard about Jon, hope he is adjusting to the trauma. I have him in my prayers. Well, I moved out on Tuesday of last week. Had all I could stand. Was getting worse every day. She told me she wished I had never had the surgery. That was about as unsupportive as you can get.---LIFE GOES ON-- I weighed in Monday the 1st and am at 294.5. This is a total loss of 68.5 pounds in 10 weeks. I am down from a size 54 pants to a size 44 and from a 4x shirt to a size 1x. I went to Wal-Mart yesterday and bought me a pair of khakis and two shirts for $22.00. that sure did feel good, I am sitting here eating a bowl of Ramen noodles for breakfast. I am not sure , but i have been having some light headedness when I bend over and straighten up. At the last meeting, someone said it might be lack of protein, but I get 120 grams of protein supplement every day, besides what I get in my food. Let me hear from you. Are we having the meeting next Monday night? Are you going to come since you moved so far away. Hope so, will really miss you if not.......................... love ya

I am so sorry. I wi**** would be different for you. If ANYbody deserves a good wifey and to be cherished, it is you. I can't believe that Melinda would give you up. Of course, we all know I am a bit prejudiced, but I think she is making a big ole mistake. You have my number and addy, so call and if I can help, I will. I am so proud of you pounds lost! You go boy!!! The dizziness is prolly a drop in bp. Have the nurse check it for you. If you are on bp meds, you prolly need to talk to your doc about coming off them. I won't make it to the Meridian meeting, but will try to surprise you guys and show up sometimes. I will be going to the one at UMC. Also will sneak into the one in H'burg sometimes - luncheon on the 18th - Angie Bea and I are dressed and ready to go!!! I am looking forward to school starting for once so that I can have a couple of days of rest. It has been non-stop at my house for MONTHS!!! Love you to bits, Smoochies Arlies

(Christine speaking very sarcastically) -----Cause you were a cheerleader, werent ya? Did you pick on the fat kids? Huh Huh? We you snooty and snotty and mean? I bet John was the quarterback too, huh.... Yea, I saw your cheerleader picture with your big hair and GO TEAM spirit written all over your smiling face... If I went to school with you, I would... I would... I would want to be your best friend. I wish I had gastric bypass in high school. I would want to be the cheerleader on top of the pyramid. We had a fat girl in high school (besides me) and she was popular but showed up one day in Guess jeans and I remember everyone talking about her behind her back cause they couldnt believe Guess made jeans that big.. (Hey Keli, I am talking about Jill Walters)... anyway... I sold one of my cars about 3 years ago and she bought it. She is tiny tiny now. Said she cut cals and started baking stuff. I think she had GB and just didnt want to admit it cause she was a big girl. Or either she was on crack. GO TEAM!

Well, guess what miss sarcastic, I was not a cheerleader. I was tiny in high school and I was in the popular crowd but no cheerleader. I was in the band, however. I played the clarinet during concert season and I was drum major during football. Four of my best friends were cheerleaders and one a majorette. And, no, I was not mean to the fat kids. I struggled with an eating disorder to stay tiny and had compassion for the fat kids. Befriended many of them matter of fact and even stood up for them from time to time. So guess what, had I lived here you could have been my best friend fat and all. I would have loved you just for you. You too funny. Does crack make you small? Damn, that's one diet I never tried LOL. Oh, well. That is one addiction I don't need. Never did the drug thing unless it was a diet pill LOL. John was not the quarterback either. He was a bad boy. One you don't take home to Mama LOL. I did not give him the time of day until he got out of high school, grew up, and settled himself down LOL. Well, enough about me. I just had to respond to that one. Couldn't let that one go by unanswered. Love ya like a sista, Melissa

Well, I reckon you put me in my place... Bowing down to ya begging for your forgiveness... Before gastric bypass I wanted to go on the Crystal Meth diet but I have such an addictive personality I couldnt just do it long enough to lose weight. I would have to do it forever. Kinda like smoking and my gambling addiction. Its a darn good thing I dont live on the coast. Did I tell you my husband makes me leave everything at home when I go to the coast cause one time I took 200 dollars with me and lost it and then withdrew 200 more dollars out of the bank, lost it and then did it again --then tried to go again the next night but couldnt find anyone to go with me... Can you believe that. Needless to say when I go now, I am only allowed to go with what money I set aside for that and when its gone its gone... When you called me I was taking notes out of the Breaking Free from Emotional Eating book. I was being lazy... haha... Did you know that I played the clarinet too for 2 years then I went to be in the Color Guard. Yes, I was a flag girl.. Sometimes I still pretend I am when I have a broom in my hand. Oh those were the days... Haha...

We had Yana or whatever her name is when I was in it. I did it my 9th and 10th grade year. My 9th grade year our captain was Rebecca something or other and my 10th grade year it was Julie Fontenot. Thats when it went to hell and a hand basket. Between her and Yana I couldnt wear some of the crap they were coming up with and jiggle like they wanted. I had the big blonde do with purple and blue eyeshadow.. It was still almost the 80s then. 89-90 okay okay-- close enough. What year did you graduate? I did in 93.
