Guess what!!! I don't NEED to make an excuse! I walked on my treadmill and did some work on the gazelle for 40 minutes!!! (I told you I would!!!!). I had asked my husband to go out to the excersize room with me and he was having some problems and didn't stay, BUT I DID!!! I didn't feel like it and I didn't want to, but I knew you were going to be walking and I wasn't going to whimp out. You're my "Shero"! Thank you for being my "warden" and everything else!!! JY
