Went to the doctor for a follow-up visit here in the states. My doctor was so impressed with all of the test that they ran while I was in Bogota, Colombia. She called the nurses in to see the test. They all wanted to see my scars. They were shocked at how small my scars are.
All my lab results were all fine. I feel great! I have lost 32 pounds in three weeks! Yeaaaaa!!!

7:45 B: Ham, Egg, and Cheese Toaster from Sonic minus one of the breads.. Very Vey Bad... Stressful Morning. Swallowed it whole. If you dont taste something when you eat it - do you have to count it? Cals = 331
10:00 S: 2 Fingerfulls of Peanut Butter Cals = 100
12:00ish L: 2 Oz Amberjack and Steamed Veggies w/Tarter Sauce Cals = 260 (140 from Tarter Sauce) **Its the condiments, darn it. Anyone know of any good calorie free condiments?
2:00 S: SB Protein Bar Cals = 140 (if I hadnt bought these after lunch I wouldnt have had one--- okay 2!!)
4:00 S: SB Protein Bar Cals = 140
6:00 S: 2 Starburst
7:30 S: 1 Starburst
8:00 S: Steamed Veggies (no condiments) Cals = 100 (included the butter)
Cals fall at 1241 for the day- Lots of snacking but cals are where they should be.

I guess nobody else eats? What you think? I wonder where all the other post ops are and if they are eating at all. Is a no post for what did you eat mean that they didnt eat? Does it mean they dont want to tell everyone what they are eating? Are we a drag?!
Seems only a handful of us are doing this. I really wish we would all do this. It is so helpful to me and to others, I know. #1 it keeps me honest. My foods are far from perfect but I put them out there (the good, the bad, and the cheeto)...

My calories look high, but I am almost 19 months post op and should be getting from 1400 to 1600 for maintaining my weight. Just thought I would throw that in just in case any newbies got scared reading.

b = 1/2 of a bran muffin
s = about 10 animal crackers
L = 2 zaxbys strips (breaded) about 10 french fries and 1/2 piece of bread. (omg how bad was this. lol lol but it sure was good and in the past I would have had all 4 strips and all the fries. lol lol)
s = about 10 animal crackers
d = 1 taco (meat, cheese, salsa, lite sour cream 1 hard shell)
s = plum
Sorry did not have time to keep up with the cal and such I am sure they are bad.

B - Tried few bites of egg/bacon - NEVER AGAIN! Got deathly sick!!
L - Cracker/peanut butter; cracker/cheese (ate half)
S - Rest of cracker/peanut butter
D - Jenni-O turkey dog w/cheese and onion w/mustard (Got sick again - ugghhhhh!)
Isopure and lots of water
I'm supposed to be able to get off all protein supplements within about 5-6 weeks, but I just don't see that happening. I can't get the protein in through food. I know I should have left off the two crackers at lunch, but I just wanted something different. So - sue me!!
