Seated Leg Press 10 @ 75#s, 18 @ 95#s
Seated Row 36 @ 30#s
Pectoral Fly 20 @ 30#s
Lateral Raise 10 @ 30#s and 10 @ 20#s
Lat Pulldown 30 @ 37.5#s
Leg Extension 10 @ 30 #s and 5 @ 60#s
Lower Back Extension 15 @ 75#s and 5 @ 105#s
Before Ms. Thang posts -- YES.. she did more time on the Elliptical.... YES, she did more reps than me and YES she had more weights!!! But... If it werent for her I wouldnt have done any!
Thank you Sonya... I just wish I had been more like you and got active as quickly as you did. I am working hard on making exercise a habit. I do enjoy it when I go but there are times I just dont wanna go. I am glad I have a work out partner to keep me motivated into going. There is never an excuse good enough for her for me to not go and thats what I need.
You are doing really well too. I am way proud of you and what you are doing already.

That Elliptical is hard but I hope it becomes one of my favorites. It burns so many calories and really works the legs.
I love the weights too but my arms are really weak. My legs are alot stronger. I cant pick up a bottle of catsup after I work out. Good thing, huh, cause that would mean I am eating french fries... haha... Nah, no french fries for me.
