I forgot, I am only Overweight now!

My BMI shows that I am now only Overweight, I am no longer Obese!! I just had to share that with all of you, I am so excited! WOOOOHHOOOOO!!!!! Rhonda Lap RNY 03/01/05 240/155/125 -85 pounds forever 30 to go to meet goal!

You Go Girl !! I know how you feel, I had that experience when I went from SMO to just plan Obese now. I know I still got ways to go, but frankly, even if I never lose another pound, I'm not going to complain either. I bet you feel like you're 16 yrs old again, don't you?? I do. And best of all.. I'm healthy!!!! The other day I had my bloodpressure checked and it was (gasp!!! ) 110 over 70 ! Without medications!! Keep up the great work!!
