I guess I'll go first since I'm on here and no one else has went. B-slice of toast with teaspoon of sf applebutter s-protein shake l-cheese quesidalli w/ lite ranch dressing s- 1/2cup banana pudding supper-1/2cup pizza casserole I haven't ate it yet but I'm sure I'll have some more banana pudding before bed. B: protein shake S: beef jerky L: 5 baked chicken nuggets S: small pack of peanuts ( the 50 cent kind from wal mart ) D: sm. rolled-up tortilla w/ ham and cheese, sliced into bite size portions S: Protein shake I did get 100 oz of liquids today, vitamins and minerals and all that good stuff, just didnt feel like much eating today, stressed out at work

B~protein shake S~ 1 oz beef jerky, handful of peanuts L~ 1/3 of a bowl of boca vegaterian chili not bad 1/4 of a grilled cheese GRRRRRRRR S~4oz yogart s/f of course S~more peanuts D~3oz pan seared talapia with olive oil and lemon and few broccoli flowerettes steamed S~1 sugar free pecan delight Tammy your assistance is needed today my nerves are shot and All i want to do is eat. Its feast or faime for me, i will do better tomorrow!!! How do ya'll deal with stress with out turning to food. HELP me get this under control, i dont want to eat all this again tomorrow. I feel awful right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DAWN

I had an okay day today, still very low calories. I am having a problem with that. B- watermelon L- chili (about 1/4 cup) and 2 of my son's french fries S- Power Crunch Bar D- Tuna Salad with 4 Saltine Crackers S- watermelon Only 445 calories... Rhonda

B: Coffee Shak 110 Cals S: Beef and Cheese Slim Jim 150 Cals L: Corn .25 cup 33 Cals Green Beans .25 10 Cals Pork roast 0.25 cup 70 Cals S: Cheetos 180 Cals D: 3/4 Cup of Squash and Asparagus S: 1 Ice Cream cone from Baskin Robbins Ice cream, regular, chocolate 1 cup 273 Total Calories 909 I am having a bit of a dilemma. I had done so well on my calories and eating today that I decided I would treat myself to an ice cream cone from Baskin Robbins. When I went to their website to see what my cals were for my SF ice cream - it says ENERGY= 575 cals for 1/2 cup? Surely this is not the calorie count. Any input? It was SF --surely the calorie count was not 575....if it is then my calorie count is more like 1111.

Hey girl, I just checked out their web site and I could not find sugar free choc but did find the reg cho**** cream and it said 260 cal for 1 4 oz scoop. So I can assure you the sugar free is below that amount. So sounds like you had a wonderful day on calories. GOOD JOB!!!!! Love ya Denise
