We did it!!!

Sonya and I wanted to walk 3 miles last night and we did! This was after church and before I had to go back to my office and get something, run by the store for milk, and get home to finish my Avon order! It really helps to have someone to walk with and hold you accountable! (AND I didn't eat anything after getting home! I didn't even want to!) I'm so proud of Sonya! It's amazing how well she's doing this soon after her surgery! Today has started off pretty good! We're having a birthday breakfast/lunch (everybody brings something to eat when we have a birthday in our office) and I didn't eat anything sweet - yet! - This is end of month so I have reports out the wazoo and I get stressed! To help, I brought cantalope (usually bring cake) and I've got my water bottle ready to go and I've already had my protein shake and fibre for the morning (probably too much info, but I think typing this out will help me ). There's another thing that Ms Ann told me that I'm trying to stick to: "Don't drink anything 30 minutes before or after you eat." Anybody got any other tips for me? I want to do good and I'm a little scared it's going to end!

WOW !!! 3 Miles... That is great. I do good to make it 100 feet without having to rest. But at 101 ft, I need a long break. Y'all are doing awsome !!! Keep up the Great work Tammy

Wow, that is great. I used to walk 1.5 miles and think that was tough.... Can't wait till I can start doing it again!
