B: 2.5 Ounces of Chicken breast S: 1/2 Cup FF Milk with blueberries and peanuts L: 4 slices of 1 ounce ham rolled with mustard S: 3 SF Candies D: Red Beans and Rice S: 1 SF Candy S: 25 grapes Total Calories 1033 I am wanting some more red beans and rice - cals are so high though- Gonna fight it for as long as I can... Gonna take a bath and guzzle some water... NO EXERCISE

Breakfast One egg 70 cal. 6 protein Snack Crystal Light tea 25 oz. 0 calories and 0 Protein Lunch Body for Life Protein Bar (ate 2/3) 190 cal. 10 protein Snack Crystal Light Tea 20 oz. 0 cal.and pro. Supper Protein Drink 190 calories and 15 protein Total protein 31g Total calories 450 Did not get enough fluids today. You know it is hard to make it through church without drinking the fluids. However, next week I will have to take a small bottle with juice and sit in the back. EXERCISE: Joy and I walked 3 miles.

B- Watermelon (again) L- Taco Salad (1/2 cup) (only ate some of the meat, cheese, sour cream and lettuce) S- cashews & Pork rinds D- watermelon I have not eaten much today at all.. Bad day for me!! Only 253 calories for the whole day. Today has been a down and out day for me..Today is the anniversary of the day my grandfather died 18 yrs ago when he was struck by a car at the age of 86. It is a very sad day!! Tomorrow will be a better day! Rhonda

Breakfast : protein shake Snack: 6 puffed cheetos Lunch: ½ doublecheeseburger ( mcD's , we were travelling, just ate the meat and cheese though, no bread ) Snack: snickers marathon protein bar Dinner: whole wheat/ sliced turkey/ fat free mayo/ pickles Snack: SF bluebunny ice cream bar (Strawberry ice cream/choco cover) 80 oz of tea, no water, had a protein shake, totals about 90oz excercise: - sweating in the car for 4 hours ( I know you guys must be tired of hearing me complain by now about having no AC in the middle of this *@#@* heat!! ) - walked the dog 1½ miles - cleaned house 1 hour ~Andie~
