And you think I am posting what I did for exercise after seeing what you did!?!?!!?!!!! No really I am proud for you. I am not doing well but WILL be on the bandwagon after school starts. My kids start full days on the 4th. I can drop them off and head down to Curves. I need to exercise badly. I think it will encourage me for you all to post like you are doing. Talk more later JAne

Time to check in! My buddies were all busy today. I had to walk alone. I walked 2 miles. Plus, while I was walking I was able to do some much needed meditation. Thank you for keeping me on the positive track! Sonya Sumrall Everyone please post your exercise. It really helps keep me motivated!!!

I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. And thanks to Christine I will spare you all the details of everything else. I did what she did with a few more reps per set and heavier weights. There, that was easy. Thanks for writing it all out for us Christine. You did good. I am proud of you for hanging in there with me. I am very proud of your performance on the elliptical. Woo hoo! Walked around the mall for several hours taking my husband's best friends son shopping for school clothes. I took the daughter yesterday and one of the boys today. Boy, am I beat. Melissa

Thanks for posting. I copied Christine and Melissa's workout and saved it. My goal for the next three months is to get to their level of exercise! Christine and Melissa you amaze me. When I grow-up I want to be just like you! Sonya Sumrall

I dont know if it had something to do with that room and not being in the other one or if it is because we went early and hadnt worked all day. Maybe it was the shoes. When I wear those little ones my feet arent so heavy. Those other sneakers I have are very heavy. My goal on that elliptical for Saturday was to get up to four and a half minutes so I am extremely proud of myself. One day hopefully I will be able to hang with you the whole time. You should be very proud of what you can do. So we are going Tues and Thurs? Monday I will work out at mine, I promise and I will get my membership changed so I can go to both without having to pay at yours. I hope you have a great day today.. Rest some you have had a busy week and an even busier one coming up.

Wore me out just reading what all you and Melissa did. I am so proud of you! Now that Sara has agreed to go to the gym with me and I will have a workout partner, I will hopefully get to going on a normal basis! I need to BADLY.. I have become way to lazy being out of town for so long. I do get plenty of walking weekly, Mall, Six Flags, etc... I have to go back to work tomorrow, so I will be so stressed out..... a month off, I am sure my desk is full of paperwork.. Talk to you soon! Can't wait to see you! Rhonda

My goal in keeping up with what I did was so that I cant slack when I go again. I know I can do that so why do any less. I will continue to try and up the weights and do more reps per machine. I will have me a work out sheet everyday that I will carry with me and check off as I do it. I will try my very best to do it all again at least 3 times a week. Poor ittle baby... gots to go back to work... awww... I cant believe you get to take a month off. My boss would freak out!
