I need some feed back. Don't hold back with advise. I can take it. Let me know how I am doing. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong. Another day on the run for me. B f-free waffles sf syryp S snack mix and cheese L raisin bran milk S snack mix D 1/2 pers. pan pizza bite cinn stick S 3/4 Krispy Kreme donut without any icing (they give me one before they put the sugar glaze on it, like eating a small roll) Totals using my calorie counter book are around 1300.

B- watermelon S- power crunch protein bar L- salad with 1000 island dressing and 2 of my sons curly fries S- watermelon D- the inside of a sweet onion chicken teriaki 6 inch sub from Subway, did not eat the bread S- watermelon Man I sure do eat a lot of watermelon, but it is so good and refreshing!! Calories for the day: 601 Am I getting enough in??? Are my food choices okay? Rhonda

At 4 Mos my nutritionist wanted me between 800 - 1200 cals so I dont know if you are getting enough or not. If you are satisfied I would say you are. If you arent losing I would pick up the calories just a little bit and see if that helps. Your food choices are perfect!

Let me see if I can remember I didn't do too good I know. b-protein shake with unjury l- 1/2 tomatoe sandwich,2 tomatoe slices supper-3oz grilled chicken,2 bites of salad, maybe 1/4 baked potatoe snack-cheese quesidilla with lite ranch dressing. during the night 4 sf lemon cookies bad bad me I haven't done it on fitday yet but I will.
