7:30 Breakfast: 2 SF Peanut Crunches - 85 Cals
11:30 Lunch: Hamburger with Mayo, mustard, onions, and pickles = 381 Cals
12:45 Snack: Cookie 191 Cals
4:30 Snack: Chips 1 single serving bag 150 Cals
7:00 Dinner: Chicken 2.5 oz 105 Cals
9:00 Snack: Had some cake icing off top of hubbys red velvet cake.. just a tad 81 Cals
Total Calories 993
To drink I had: 1 Red Bull, 1 Diet Coke, 1 Light Hawaain Punch--need water.

I am still on all liquids but this is what I had throughout the day.
24 ounces of chicken broth
20 ounces Apple Juice
20 ounces Clight Strawberry (Spanish verison of Crystal Light)
2 ounces of banana baby food
10 ounces of water
I take a Centrium silver multi-vit., Iron supplement, and Prilosec-OTC dissolved in juice each day.
I also take 3 tablespoons of liquid protein. Starting August 3rd, I can eat a little more.
My weight loss was 30 pounds in two weeks. So far this third week I am standing still.

30 pounds?!?!? Holy Moly! Thats fantastic.
I stalled at 3 weeks and so does alot of other people. I figure thats when the body says "What in the world is going on - we gots to save her, she is starving"....
72 ounces of liquids is a great accomplishment too for you this early out. You really are doing so good.
0800 : 20 oz of sf tea on the way to work
1030: hand-full of peanuts
1100:20 oz of sf tea
1300: whole wheat bread, slice of swiss cheese, shredded turkey, pickles and fatfree mayo
1400: 20 oz of water
1500: 3 sugar free chocolate chip cookies
1700: small tortilla, rolled up, filled w/cheese , refried beans and some tacobell hotsauce
1800: 20 oz of sf tea
1900: 1/2 grilled cheese (yep, couldnt help myself, my 5 yr old had this for dinner LOL)
2030: 20 oz of sf tea
Well, I was off work and left the house at 7:30 am and did not get bac****il after 6. Was shopping all day getting Stephens' school supplies and clothes. Then had to take Tawney shopping and get her stuff. So all of my meals were out.

B~protein shake yummy i added a splash of divinvi syrup sugar free of course in the Kalua flavor YUMMMMMY i thought was doing something evil.
L~1/2 beef soft taco and a few chips and salsa with Rhonda! we could have split one taco but i think that wuld have been frowned on even more than or leaving 1/2 of it on the plate!!!
B~ Oh my goodness i was in heaven , i had 2 peices of sushi 1soft shell crab with cucumber, asparagus, cream cheese, and topped with crawfi****he other was smoked salmon cream cheese asparagus sundried tomatoe. toped with blue crab mixed with mayo masago, and scallions ! i have no idea the cal count on this or carb but i dont even care, i used to would have ate the 2 whole rolls buy myself so two tiny pieces could not be that bad, and if it was oh well i dont care , this is one think i will not give up.

You did good, sushi wohoo..I love sushi myself, now I can get down two pieces and I feel like I'll bust haha. Where did you get that?Sounds DELISH~~~ yum. I dont like them tacos any more, for some reason . Ickkkkkkk but a half a bean burrito, a third of a seven layer or even one of them meximelts I can still enjoy
