Help needed concerning Exercise?
I love how everyone post what they ate each night. I plan to start doing that next week when I am off of the liquid only part of the diet.
I would like for some you to help challenge me. I am going to start posting what exercise I completed that day and how long the activity lasted.
My doctor wants me to exercise seven days a week. I think having to post what I did each day will help.
Tonight, four other ladies and myself are going to walk at least one mile. I let y'all know if I succeed.

I go to Curves 2 times a week and plan to do it 3 times after school starts. THe only thing is it is 30 miles away. It is fun though and I am so glad I go and make that effort after getting there. I need to do more though in between. I realize that--easier said than done. I think this is a great idea---posting what we do each day.

You are doing great to drive 30 minutes to exercise twice a week. I am going to the school near my home and walking, everday. (I hope!) Today, four of us walked 2 miles. We did not walk very fast but at least it is a start.

I exercise 5 days per week usually at the Y and lots of weight training. My friend is an exercise physiologist and says weight training is really good when losing weight because it helps maintain and build our muscle tissue. The more muscle you have the faster your resting metabolism is.
I love to exercise. It has become my replacement for food in lots of ways. I can't go without it or I get in a bad mood.
I will surely post with you every night on the exercise. I like to get ideas from what others are doing. I actually tried this as a nightly post and it didn't get much response. So lets challenge everyone to get moving and post nightly with us.
