what did ya'll eat today?
I done better today so i guess i will start.
B~protein shake
L~1/2 of a boneless skinless chicken breast
S~s/f popcicle
D~1/2cup homemake chicken kung po i mostly ate the chicken and peanuts and celery stayed away from the carrots. I didn't even have one grain of rice!!!!!!!!
I have drank about 60 oz of water and s/f iced tea.
b-sf CIB with 8oz of fat free milk.
l-sf CIB with 8oz of fat free milk.
s-sf CIB same
D-Same. I drank 84oz of water. It was hard today didnt feel that great but did ok. The CIB goes down smooth but I need more protien. I still havent got all 60grams in yet. I need to get some Unjury. Cant wait for pureed food yummy. I need to get popcicles and some yogurt too. It sounds good.

L-1 tbsp fresh peas,1/4 cup chicken pie,2 sm.slices tomatoe,2 bites cornbread ( I was stuffed but it was soooo good)
snack-1oz cheddar cheese
protein shake with unjury
supper- 1oz cream cheese,2 tbsp salsa,12 wheat thins.
I told you I ate good.

12:30 Chinese Resturant: 1 chicken on a stick/half a cup of moo goo gai pan/ half a cup of shrimp zuchinni/half an egg roll
6:30 roasted chicken
7:30 Carb counter ice cream
9:00 6 peanut butter filled pretzels
11:30 1/2 cup BBQ pork
Water was better than average/meds were fine/got exercise

I still can't eat much or I will feel pain. Kind of like a stuck feeling. today my liquid intake stinks.
B 4 oz crystal lite
L 2 tablespoons of enchilada casserole and 1 tablespoon of string beans and a few sips of diet sprite
S- unjury protein shake with milk

D- at 8pm Ryan's tablespoon of brocoli with cheese--chunk of cantelope--few sips of unsweet tea-- 3 or 4 grapes-- 2 nacho chips w/cheese
Okay - I need to get back into this habit.
B - SF CIB w/CC milk and powdered milk
L - About 1 oz meat from spagetti sauce with mozz. cheese and 2 bites yellow tomato (yummy!)
S - Strawberries (my first - yummy!)
D - Slice turkey lunch meat with cheese, tomato, mustard and mayo rolled up
Isopure and lots of water
I was in New Orleans so I was a bad girl part of the day!! Sorry...
B- 1 oz Breakfast Steak, 1 egg OM, 1 oz of potatoes
S- 1 peanut butter cracker
L- Chicken Waldorf Salad (romaine lettuce, grapes, walnuts, celery) with a vinegrette dressing (THIS WAS AWESOME) Here goes for the bad part I split dessert with my aunt, it was a blueberry pastry/tart with homemade vanilla ice cream YUMMY..
D- 2 oz Angel Hair Spaghetti with homemade spaghetti sauce and about 5 pieces of fried okra
Even with my dessert, I only had 674 calories, 49 carbs, but still only made 30 grams of protein. I have such a hard time getting in the protein, I am going to try the shakes again starting today!
