What did you eat 7/22/2005
Breakfast: coffee/protein bar
9:30 protein bar
1:30 protein bar
5:00 Popeye's Chicken leg/ part of the thigh/mashed potatoes/one bite of biscuit/3 fries
6:00 Blood sugar plummet! Half of a protein bar (This is getting ridiculous!)
7:00 1 cup Carb Light ice cream with chocolatey coating
8:00 popcorn
Bood sugar went too low again today. I despise the helpless, out of control feeling it gives me. Then, it puts me on a rollercoaster for days.
Fluids were find, meds were fine. Exercise: I went to WalMart between 3-5 on Friday. That's more of a workout than any kickboxing class!
O'Charley is my BIGGEST weakness.
When I eat there... I look like a fat tick !!! My belly will be stuffed to the gill. And their rolls..... yummmmmmy. We always get extras when we do take out. And you know that means I still have some in my frig right now.
LISTEN....LISTEN.... They are calling to me !!!
I hate I missed going out to eat with you !!! Darn it...
Call me ahead of time the next time your coming into town !!!

I blew the crap out of my pre surgery diet yesterday. I felt horribly guilty but if I let that sink in then I'll give up. So I'm dusting myself off and getting back on the horse today! I just gotta learn how to eat in a rush and keep things here that are easy to put together when I don't feel like cooking...anyways let the flaming begin!
Breakfast: coffee splenda 1% milk
Snack: none
Lunch: 4 chicken kickers and 2 slices of pepperoni pizza from domino's *ugh*
Snack: carnation instant breakfast
Dinner: Big One combo from Ward's ...*didn't eat but 1/4 of the fries* scarfed this down on the way back from school supply shopping at wally world.
Had my vitamin and drank but not as much as normal.

That is the greatest thing about being able to go to bed every night...
You always wake up to a brand new day for a brand new start.
Just start over & try to do better. But don't beat yourself up, your doing pretty good considering you haven't had surgery. I'm fighting myself tooth & nail to watch what I eat. I have it in my head that my stomach is still really big & it takes a lot to fill it up. And that is nothing more than my trying to justify what I'm eating.
