Happy, Home, Healthy!!!
Hey Everyone!
I am home and doing well. 
Except for the occassional crying spells for no reason. 
I went to the flea market while in Bogota, Colombia. I saw a pretty tshirt that said, "I love Colombia." Well, I am a size 3X but I knew I would be losing weight so I picked out a Large to buy. 
My nurse that was also my translator while I was shopping said, "You can't buy that size." 
I looked at her strange. She said it will swallow you whole in just a few months. 
I started crying so hard everyone at market thought I was hurt. I explained that it was a happy cry! 
Up until that point, I had seen everyone's pictures of how they have got smaller but I never actually pictured me doing the same. The Lady selling the shirt was so moved she sold me the shirt for $3.00. 
If you ever get the chance, you need to see this city. It is beautiful, high tech., and has skyscraper buildings as far as the eye can see.

Welcome back, Sonya!! I've heard about Columbia before by several other friends and I'd love to see it. If I ever win the lottery, it's one of those countries I will be seeing when I retire and start travelling. You lost 20 lbs already?? GOOD FOR YOU !! Take it easy and take your time healing. You're off to a great start!

I am so glad you made it home and are doing so well. The crying spells are normal and will get better. Just hang in there.
You must have done really well to feel like shopping and all. That is good. You got up and moving fast. I was like that too. I can't stay down or still for long.
