What did you eat 7/18/05
Now see, as far out as you are.... I think your doing great.
I think that you are right where you need to be on the eating scale. Your still losing weight, your making pretty darn good food choices. Your not living on junk food. Heck, everybody is gonna have some of their favorite snack from time to time. Am I way off on thinking like that ?
Now on a good day for me..... I can make food disappear !!! You take when we have to be in Jackson early in the mornings around 8:30. That means we have to leave home around 6:30. Brkfst at Mickey D's... A Sausage, Egg & Cheese McMuffin Combo w/Coke. Dinner- A Burger Joint which means Super Sized Combo including the 64oz drink, usually a double cheese burger w/everything on it & fries. Supper- We are usually too tired to cook so that means eating out again. Sometimes Taco Bell- 2 Burrito's & a taco with their largest soda also.
But wait....
I haven't even talked about the snacking on the way over there & back.
Peanut M&M's & Cokes ~or~ Nabs & Cokes
B--rice chex cereal and milk 1/4 cup
S 8 cheetos or so
S--few sips of mountain dew
D- O'Charleys at 8 pm--tablespoon of chopped lettuce and tomato with ranch sauce--few bites of a wrap with spinach in i****er with lemon
I overate and the wrap was dry with sausage in it. I threw up before leaving the rest. I know that I should not order my own food. This is the second time I overate when ordering my own entree. I just need to nibble on others plates. They don't mind.

Jane... was that a diet Mountain Dew? I didnt realize O'Charleys had diet Mountain Dew. I will have to get that next time I am there.
If it wasnt diet - it may be what you got you sick. The sugar in the regular may be why you threw up. Then again their spinach wraps are good. I could see myself overdoing that.
Breakfast: coffee with splenda and 1% milk
Snack: None
Lunch: Carnation Instant Breakfast with 1% milk and Boston Cream Pie Light Yogurt
Snack: Nectarine
Snack: Strawberry and white chocolate light yogurt
Dinner: Taco Bell *ugh* grilled stuffed burrito and a mexi melt
Took another vitamin today drank tons as usual but there's that darn eatng out crap again....grrr and as u can see as the day progresses my snacks and meals get bigger and bigger.

9:30 Crackerbarrel: coffee/1 cup oatmeal/1 scrambled egg/4 stewed apple slices/1/4 of apple bran muffin
11:00 Major bloodsugar plummet, nurses made me drink a cup of grape juice with sugar added to it to raise my bloodsugar ASAP
2:00 Grilled chicken over salad greens 1 1/2 cups/diet coke
4:30 coffee/1/2 of apple bran muffin
Nap
6:30 Support group meeting
9:00 1/2 cup pulled pork on 2 slices of toasted wheat bread, (ate all but the crusts, they are, in my opinion, I waste of space LOL)
NO NIGHT TIME EATING! REQUIRING MYSELF TO POST EVERYTHING IS HELPING ME TO AVOID SNACKING. YEAH!
Fitday estimates my calories at 1307...I'm in the losing zone!

Hey Elesha... Just wanted to say that you looked great last night. I am proud of you for skipping the night time eating. Its trying to take ahold of me as well.
I went back to logging my food in my book and calculating ahead for what I know I will want and that way I will know what I have left in the day to eat. So far today my cals are 651. I also added in my blueberries and milk that I will have tonight bringing my totals to 764. I am trying to stay under 1200 but am shooting for 1150 for today. I think I will have a SB lunchable thing for dinner without the jello. Its 230 cals with the jello --So I would guestimate they are roughly 30 cals which hopefully would bring my cals today to 964 or so... we will see as the day progresses though. I have lost my sense of taste due to being sick. I may just drink water.
We will get this started tonight and see... Chow
