No Services Will Be Held At This Time I know Polly would be a "Step-Up Girl" for me. But right now, I just can't handle having any services. Later on tho we may have a Candle Light Vigil. I'll need her then I do love all of my animals. My Pup's, Kitty's, Horse's & Chicken's. Worm Hell huh ? I just hope they have a porch swing for him. He was one of the few I'd taught to get in the swing out front w/me by the FishPond. And..... My heart is broke, but my appetite is back !!!

Well here it is, i know ya'll will let me know if i blew it today or not! B~protein shake w/h skim milk L~1 tbs of tuna mixed with mayo and lemon juice on 1 slice of mamas fresh tomatoe ! S~1 small peach no skin D~6oz v-8 juice and 1 piece of string cheese I have had my vits, and about 64 oz of water and tea ! i dont know how to add up the cals and stuff as i am dumb! Does this look ok to yall im hungrey now but its after 11:00 pm so i wont eat i will drink more h2o! dawn

Okay... you didnt eat enough. Those cals probably only total to about 500 or less. You need to get at least 800. You dont want to starve yourself.
