What did you eat 7/17/05
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and link sausage and 2 slices of tomato
S: 1/2 granny smith apple
L: 1/3 cup of egg salad and 3 tomato slices
S: Light Banana Creme Pie Yogurt
S: 1 serving cheese puffs
D: 1/2 chicken breast, 1/4 cup of blackeye peas, 1/4 cup of corn
S: I havent had this yet but it will be my snack around 8
1 cup of fat free milk with blueberries and strawberrys mixed with cinnamon and splenda --total cals for this snack is=136
Cals: 1138
Fat: 57
Carbs: 84
Protein: 71
The only bad thing I had today was the cheese puffs. They were counted out and bagged a week or so ago. It was the last bag... I am pleased with my calorie count. I stayed under the 1200 limit I was giving myself. I noticed that I did not have anything to drink today until after supper. Not good...

1-1/2 pc filet fish
2 small hushpuppies
1 sm low sug cookie
Snack 3 sm low sug cookies homemade
Supper
2 oz filet mignon
1/2 a new potato
1/4 c green beans
1/4 c. pineapple casserole
Snack later will be low sugar cookie. Trying to get rid of them. Not making anymore. They are a weakness.

I decided just to put my stuff here cuz hey we're all family...anywho's haven't had supper yet but I know what I'm having so here goes:
Breakfast: Coffee with 1% milk and splenda *i know that's not a real breakfast and not having breakfast is one of my problems...doc yells at me all the time for this*
Snack: none
Lunch: Fish sandwich from BK with a side salad and diet coke *fish sandwich wasn't a great choice but I was craving. I am very proud that I did choose the salad rather then fries*
Snack: 1 Nectarine
Supper: Ribeye steak with med. baked potato with low fat ranch dressing
Drank a boat load of tea with splenda. Not sure how much. Doubt I'll have anything after this but if I do it'll prolly be a Light strawberry yogurt, and I will be drinking tea or crystal lite till I go to bed. And I took my first vitamin today.
I figured out knowing I was going to report all this to ya'll helped me make better choices on some things. Still got a lot of work to do but hey I feel good about this reporting...it really helps.

Today-
Breakfast- a 2 egg-white omelet with cheese and roasted red pepper.
Snack- Cream of Wheat "infused" with Gen-Soy Protein Powder
Lunch- ½ Chicken salad pita
Afternoon snack- ½ cup of raw carrots, broccoli, and endive
Diner- Meaty spaghetti sauce over Portabella Mushrooms with Mozzarella cheese
About a gallon of water and 1 Zero-Carb Isopure - Mango peach.

Breakfast:
1 mini biscuit (a little less than 1/2 a real biscuit)
2 tsp scrambled eggs
1 slice crispy bacon
Snack:
Yellow-meated watermelon (which I promptly ed up....so I guess the watermelon run is over...)
Lunch:
2 small fresh peaches peeled and shared with Polly- so I had about 1 1/2 peaches
Supper:
about 1 cup potato soup (made with water and with 3 monterey jack sticks in the whole pot)
about 1 inch square cornbread.

I didnt have the 1 cup of fat free milk with blueberries and strawberrys mixed with cinnamon and splenda --total cals for this snack is=136---I made the blueberry cupcakes on the back of the splenda pack. THe cals for that is 180...SO i have to add 50 more cals to my day plus i have had a little more milk... My totals are 1278. THIS SUCKS.. I blew my goal for the day. Going to pout...
OK.... My first posting junk ate today.
B- 1/2 Home-made biscut w/a 2" slice of Smoked Sausage that was cut in half length wise. So, I guess that would be 1/2 a slice of the 2" piece.
L- Missed it some how another
S- 3oz of Roast cooked in a crock pot, 1/2 C of Home-made mashed taters & 1 U-Brown dinner roll
Most all day I have drank........
Tea w/Natra Taste (? In a Blue Box) MIL keeps me supplied in that brand.
Ice Water
Crystal Light (Wal-Mart Brand) Orange Flavored Drink
I have not had a snack today or any soda pops. Thank God No Sodas !!!
If I do get a snack later while watching TV, it will be PopCorn & Water.
I just haven't been wanting to eat today. Nothing sounds good. But I have been drinking so thats better than nothing I guess.
No I didn't have junk today. Like I said I just wasn't in the mood to eat.
Plus right now there isn't really a lot of junk, if any in the house.
BooBoo has taken care of most of it.
*Reason for mood of not wanting to eat..... We had company today & when they were leaving, they ran over one of my favorite chickens. As you know, we let our chickens out to run the yard at times & today was their lucky day to be out since we didn't think we would have company.
Well.... unexpected guest showed up & you know the rest.
My belly is growling now....
But I just don't want to eat. I'm having my own little private pity party mourning the loss of Dom, my largest (15lbs) Dominicker Rooster.
Tomorrow will be a better day
& I'm sure my food list will grow by leaps & bounds.
