Ok well everyone has started me on this so now its my turn. I acctually kept a list of what I ate for the day.
Heres mine
10:00 am ½ chicken breast BBQ 20grm pro/ 107 cal
12:00 pm protein bar 15grm pro/ 210 cal
2:30 pm ½ turkey and cheese sandwich 25grm pro/ 320 cal all together
5:00 pm ate the rest of the sandwich
8:30 pm ¾ hamburger on bun 17grm pro/307 cal
I have been sipping on a crystal bay sparkling water for the past hour and I have had 45oz of water so far.
all together 77 grms pro/ 944 cals
I don't know if the cals was enough someone let me know please????
B: SF Jelly/Peanut butter on Low Carb Wrap
S: Cream cheese and Cherries on Low Carb Wrap (dont recommend this)
L: 1/4 of Peanut Butter and Jelly Sand -no crust so it was more like 1 bite
1/4 egg salad sandwich, 4 doritioes, 1 slice of deli ham, 2 slices of asparagus
S: Hot chips (1.5 ounce bag --NOT the grab bag)
D: Baked Chicken leg, couple bites of turnips, couple bites of green beans
S: Popcorn (went to see Charlie and the Choc Factory)
S: As I am typing this I am eating strawberrys, blueberries, and milk mixed together with Splenda and cinnamon.
7:30 3 Coffee/protein bar
2:00 SF Slim A Bear
3:00 2 coffees
4:00 3 tortilla chips
7:00 broiled catfish fillet
7:30 Slim A Bear
8:00 SF ice cream
9:00 3/4 bag of popcorn
10:00 Last Slim A bear
Vitamins good, water good, no exercise
Calories 1601, fat 87, carbs 157, and protein 63
Hummmm...
Observation:
1. I skipped lunch and bindged in the evening, a common pattern for me.
Assessment: Bad idea to skip meals

2. My "snacks" comprise most of my calories/carbs with minimal protein. Assessment: Slim A Bears and popcorn are not my friends!
Plan: Avoid skipping meals and never buy Klondike Slim A Bears again! I didn't realize how many calories/carbs and fat were in them. I can't say NO once they are in my freezer; I just can't handle the pressure!!!!!

I hate to put down all that I had, as I was a BAD, BAD girl! Oh well, today is a new day and I can start over. Can't wait to go back to work so I will stop grazing!!! MOOOOOO!
Breakfast-1 grilled pork chop, 1/4 c. hash browns, 3 bites of a salad--Waffle House, of all places
Lunch- 4 pieces chicken liver, and 1/2 c. blueberries
Snack-went to the movies--CONFESSION TIME-15 Milk Duds, 1 handful of Sno-Caps. It's that time and boy were these good!
Dinner-1 porkchop, 1/4 baked potato, 1/2 c. peas with mushrooms
Snack-1/2 ice cream sandwich
Don't do calories or the protein thing so I have no idea. I am way sure I went way over!!!
Kits
9 am---Fourth cup rice chex cereal for B
S- 12 am half of cup a soup with scoop of unjury
L 2pm- tablespoon of corn and tablespoon of rice and gravy
S..Slice of cantalope
S..2 baby carrots
S..6 thin chips
5pm dinner fourth cup soup with 3 crackers
I can eat just a few bites at the time so I guess that is good. Will this change?
