I failed...
I am bummed.
I took 6 ounces of cottage cheese and ate it as fast as I could. I ate the entire 6 ounces and felt satisfied but I think another 1 ounce would have given me the full feeling.
I do not think I should be able to hold 7 ounces at 9 mos out. Whats the deal??

6oz doesn't really seem like a whole lot. But I just don't have any idea of how much the stomach should stretch if any at all in 9 months. I'd suggest calling your doc maybe & see what they say on the matter.
go to the beginning page and do a search on "pouch size" and "cottage cheese test" in the library. I think you will be surprised. At one year out, I think your pouch should be slightly bigger than yours is right now....go check.

I'm gonna look it up like Arlies said. Don't get too
bummed till you talk to your doc. You have lost
alot of weight and done so good so I wouldn't be
too worried just yet.
