5:30 Broiled catfish fillet/green beans
6:30 20 oz water
9:00 More broiled catfish/green beans
All totaled about 1100 calories today. I even included the creamer in my coffees! The most calorie laden thing I consumed today was the mayo on my sandwich. I think I'll lighten up on that in the future, Watch out Blue Plate stock may plummet!
Meal planning in advance is going well. Today I plan to have the same thing as yesterday but push dinner back a few more hours so I don't get really hungry before I go to bed.
