Blueberry Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients: 1 Cup and 2 tablespoons of butter, divided 2.5 cups of Splenda 4 eggs 2 cups of blueberries - Drained 1 teaspoon of vanilla 3 cups of flour, divided 1/2 teaspoon of salt Grease a 10-inch tube pan with the 2 tablespoons of butter. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of splenda into pan Cream remaining butter gradually adding in the rest of the splenda. Beat Well adding 1 egg at a time. Add Vanilla, Mix well. Combine 2.75 cups flour and the salt. Add to creamed mixture Take remaining 1/4 cup of flour and pour over berries in a bowl. Make sure all berries are covered. Fold Berries into batter. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 325 for 70 mins or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool 10 mins and then remove from pan.

This sounds good. I printed it but don't know how long it will take me to make it. The last 2 things I tried ended up in the garbage.LOL But since this came from you I'm sure it will turn out better Becky

I didnt create the recipe.. Just found it in the paper. Looked really good. I am gonna try it. I was gonna do it tonight but I cant find my pound cake pan. I may have thrown it away. I will have to go steal another one from my grandma. I was never a cake maker... I am gonna make it though.. I am on a blueberry kick lately.
