I got a surgery date

Hey everybody Lisa just called from Keesler and I got my date!!!!! Next week July the 20th I have all my preop stuff on Monday the 18th. I am so excited and so READY!!!!!!! Thank you all for your support. Christine from Hattiesburg what kind of Coffee shakes do you drink? I like coffee but have not found one in a protien shake? Thank you all again!!!!

Congrats I know how excited you are. I had my surgery at Keesler 3 weeks ago today. Everyone there was so nice.

WHOOHOO hey you need me to come hold you hand monday during you dr visit? HEHE Or how about i go hold you drs hand druing surgery and make sure hes doing everything right? Hehe I have to throw some of my mess in there, you know! I'm so excited for you girl! DAWN

You can come and see your man I have to be there early at 0730 i have a 45 minute drive just to get there. Yikes and no diet coke in the am I have to fast!!!! You can come on wednesday and make sure he does the surgery right!!!!! Hahahahaha you would be watching him and not the surgery. Thank you for your support ladies you all have been great!!!!

Hi Amy... Congrats on your date.. Its so close!! The coffee shakes are called EAS Advantage Coffee House shakes. I usually find them at Wal-Mart in the pharmacy section or in with the protein bars in the grocery section. Depends on which Wal-mart I am in. There are 3 flavors. I prefer the Cafe Caramel but the cappucino is okay as well... I do not like the Mocha at all and if you try them and like the Mocha.. you can have all mine. I have about 30 of them. They are 100 cals, 1 Net Carb, and 15 grams of protein. I like them so much that I drink them just to drink them. My nutritionist wanted me off of them 5 mos ago and wanted me to get my protein out of my food. This is gonna be my last week on them. Finishing off what I got. Good luck to you girl... Thank you so much!!! I will look for them they are less calories than atkins they have 170. I will try the mocha and see how it tastes. I am going to get some unflavored unjury too to try. Dawn told me about that. Thanks again hun!
