Hey Fredrica. Welcome to the board and if you click on my profile at the bottom is a link to get your profile spruced up you just have to give them your intrests and your info and they will make it look all pretty but as for updating you have to click on the top link where it says your profile then you have to click on the General info link and there you can type in your journal entry or what ever you like. *~* Iris *~*
