update on SARA!

I just got back form the hospital checking on Sara an she made it through surgery fine.Shes having alot of pain though and nausea too! She got out and walked down the hall a little bit, so shes doing good! DAWN

I just got home from seeing Sara she is in pain like Dawn said but knows where the button for her pain meds are. She walked some with me but was tired so she slept some. I stayed with her until her hubby got back. I just reminded her it will get a little better everyday. Dawn told her the same thing too.

Hey Guys, I just got back from Keesler to visit Sara, I just missed you, Dawn!! When I got to her room, she told me you'd just left. Bummer. I tried to hurry but hey, my life.. let's not go there I think Sara looks wonderful, she's all awake and stuff compared to how I was, and she's got some pain, her back 's sore from laying in that uncomfortable bed and the pushbutton ain't working for her. I told her, don't be afraid to ask for more pain medicine. I remember feelin' like I'd been hit by a semi! Wish there was something I could have done for her to take the pain, but I know she'll be much better in a few days. I know I felt like that and I doubted my decision the first few days, but oh it was so worth it, looking back!! I know she's gonna do FINE!!!! Wohoo.. another one down.. Soon I'll have nothing BUT posties around me ( and they'll all be skinner than me LOL) ~Andie~

I am glad you all went to visit Sara. I know she was petrified... Sounds like she is doing great. I will call and check on her sometime today. Keep us updated though...
