6 MONTH ANNIVERSARY!!!

Dearest Gang, Today is exactly 6 months since my surgery. Can you believe it's been that long????? I can't! I went and weighed today....I lost 19.3 lbs in the last month bringing me up to a total of 157.2 lbs! Can you believe???? My BMI started at 79 and is today 55.3!!!! WOW!!! I LOVE DR. DAVID JENKINS!! AND THE WHOLE KEESLER GANG!!!! Smoochies Arlies
