Surgery Rescheduled

Hi everyone!! I go for my pre-op today!! yea! Janet called me yesterday to let me know that FGH didn't put me on the schedule last week when they called to preregister me so my date has been changed to the 14th. That's ok, just 2 days later. I guess I can wait. Keep me in your prayers. Oh yeah Christine, how did your appointment go? How much did you lose?

Girl, the way the month is flying by the 14th will be here in a snap. Congratulations on your upcoming surgery. You will be at Forrest General so Christine and I can get you a goody basket together with sample protein drinks and such. I will keep you in my prayers and will call and check on you after surgery. Hi Renee.. My appt went great. I love going and seeing them. Janet said they had one next week (I assumed you) and I said, "Renee?" and she said Yes... I told her we were going to make you a basket and she told me your date had been changed.... They are great. I stayed and chit chatted with them when the appt was over. I love to talk to all the nurses. They are all real supportvie. Janet and I talked for a long time about issues I am having and things I needed to talk about. She is great. Dr. Whitehead okayed plastic surgery and I have appt with Dr. Pecunia next week. I asked him if he thought I was done losing and he said no but that it has slowed down enough that PS will be okay and the process takes a few months anyway. Some folks cant stand Janet... It took me awhile to understand her. She used to be real short and brash with me. She is that type of person but she will listen to any issue you have and help you the best she can....and if you are being stupid about something--she will tell you real quick "Thats stupid" I didnt think I would be able to deal with her but now I dont think I could do this without her. Youve chosen a great doctor and your surgery will be great. We will come and check on you...

Hey Christine, yeah Janet told me you were there yesterday. I was in with Dr. Whitehead and heard ya'll talking in the hall. She said you had talked to Robin. Good luck with your appointment next week. I was really hoping to come to the support meeting on the 18th but it looks like I will just be getting out of the hospital. I will try hard to come though. I received an email from Melissa and she told me you and she were going to come visit me in the hospital, I am looking forward to meeting both of you. Oh well, I'm at work and need to get things wrapped up before I leave on Tuesday. I look forward to seeing you.
