Now that the holiday is passed we can post our foods... haha.. Breakfast: Coffee Shake on way to work Snack: South Beach choc bar Lunch: Small salad, Amberjack and steamed veggies with ranch dressing and tarter sauce. Snack: 1/2 of a single bag of popcorn... (only 50 cals) Dinner: Chicken breast and vegetable medley of cauliflower, brocolli, etc Later I may have some cereal but not sure.. Got it added in my totals just in case. Total Calories 1210 Fat 42 Carbs 77 Protein 79

Breakfast : nothing had no power this AM, couldn't find the protein bars in the pantry in the dark Snack: Proteinshake w/ whole milk < omg !! > I was lucky to have had an envelope of a sample vanilla unjury in my drawer at work and they ONLY have whole milk in the snack machine!! Lunch: Lean Pocket from the snack machine. I know. Bad Carbs!! But hot food. Snack: itty bitty bag of pork rinds from the snack machine at work Dinner: whole wheat tortilla wrap, smoked turkey breast and swiss cheese wrapped in it Liquids: had 4 bottles of 20oz crystal light plus a pint of milk for the morning snack. Working on the 5th 20oz bottle now. Shoot me. I need to get me a flashlight!!!

I know what this is about. You want me to confess. Well, okay, I had one of my dang low sugar teacake cookies. I am weak. PMS. B 1/2 southbeach lunch pak 1/4 cantelope S 1/2 Southbeach lunch L amberjack broccoli and cauliflower tartar and ranch bite of salad S apple and bite of friends banana pudding D spaghetti 1/2 pc bread 1 tbs english peas bite salad S 1/2 banana with peanut butter 1 cookie And that is all I am going to eat this evening. I am going to bed before that is a lie. I am PMSing bad. Somebody shoot me or gag me or something. Duct tape my mouth shut. Hey, that may work LOL. Melissa

B: 1 low carb eggo waffle w/ sugar free syrup S: 3 small sugar free, low carb peanut butter cookies L: Nothing S: 1/2 handful of honey mustard pretzels D: 3/4 c. spaghetti S: shake (vanilla whey protein powder, mixed with 1 small banana & 8 oz of carb countdown 2% milk) yummmmy.. This shake has 32g of protein

Guess who had ants again????? I went to walmart and got the little ant resturants (raid brand) you put in your kitchen selves. When it gets hot and dry every summer, the ants move in. They moved into a jar of peanutbutter wtih the lid screwed on tightly....little boogers were bad hungry.....Well, I fixed them, I ate two bites of peanut butter apple with about two million ants on each bite. I need to LOOK before I bite from now on.....LOTS of protein....and I, of course, avoided the antennas..... Smoochies Arlies PS needless to say other than the two bites of apple, I didn't eat much else......

Let me see if I can remember b-whole wheat eggo waffle with sf applebutter l-cheese quesidilla ,1 tsp light ranch dressing snack- protein shake supper- 3/4 cup pizza casserole bedtime snack 1/2 cup sf ice cream haven't done the calories or anything so I don't know, probably not too good though Becky
