Good Morning Everyone!
7-8 coffees
9:00 We went furniture shopping in Jackson. My kids and Miskelly's will never be the same-my wallet will slowly recover, I hope.
12:30 Ruby Tuesday salad bar ( I thought about you, Melissa)
A few bites of white chicken chili
5:00 Coffee
6:30 3/4 Wendy's double stack/1 chicken nugget
9:00 bag of popcorn (I gotta stop this)
1 cup SF ice cream with diet Barq's for a float
1:00am 2 oatmeal cookies
In the rush to leave this am I forgot my meds. Water consumption was good. My Levi's size 12 jeans were wearable but snug... a not so gentle reminder of my extra 5-10lbs.

crstal lite on the way to church this am.
lunch--2 teaspoons of english peas--2 bites of ambrosia salad-- pinch of chicken and crust--one dumplin
got home from eating out and drank protein shake 30 grams protein
9pm Ryan's--2 bites of raw brocoli--2 bites of steamed brocoli with cheese sauce--6 grapes
snack later---protein drink
I am getting more of a variety in but such little portions. That is good though.
