I guess the question tonight for me is "What DIDNT you eat today" I am yet again disappointed in myself. Breakfast: Coffee Shake and South Beach Choc Cereal Bar Snack: Single Bag of Popcorn Lunch: 3/4 of a Ham Sandwich, cucumber slices, and 8 fritos Snack: South Beach Choc Cereal Bar Snack: 1/2 Shipley Donut Diner: 3/4 Ham Sandwich Snack: South Beach Choc Cereal Bar and Protein Shake I was outta control today.. haha... I worked 13 hours today. I went to work at 8a and didnt leave until a little after 9p. I havent worked like that in ages. Total Calories 1782 Fat 82 Carbs 149 Protein 105

b--2 oz of crystal lite l--picked on a piece of meat lover's pizza with water s-protein shake dinner- 3 or 4 spoons of crab bisque and one onion ring w/ketchup and water bible school party--- spoonful of seafood dip- slice of water melon--water-bite of chicken salad I did better on my intake today but didn't do well on drinking liquids at all. First, breathe deeply, allow the stress to melt away from your head, now your shoulders, relax your chest, back and arms (feel the stress melt away, visualize it dripping off your fingers)... now shake it off. I saw the 6/30 post and I don't think you need anymore butt kicking than the one you've given yourself! Overall, the doughnut was the only out of line category but I'm suprised at the calorie count. How many calories do the S. Beach bars have? Some of the bars are outrageous! If ya didn't notice Sugar, ya' ate 3. I'm pointing this out because I have a problem with protein bars. I think of them as great for a protein booster but they really sneak in the calories/carbs depending on which bar you choose. I've been known to eat 3 a day (1 for each meal) but in the last 2-3 months I've stopped using them all together just to be sure I'm not hooked on the sweetness factor. That addiction is still lurking and I have to watch out for even artificial sweetness because it makes me want more! I did weigh on the scales you saw but I'm not at all suprised. I am comfortable in the 160-170lbs, size 10-12 zone and lately I've been feeling uncomfortable in my clothes. I feel like that's about right. I always seem to get the comment that I don't look as heavy as I weigh, which is fine for me! Love ya, Elesha

I was so busy de-stressing with you that I forgot to post my foods. Cleansing the system today ladies, I do this whenever I feel out of control and need to balance again; 7-8am coffees 9:00 protein shake 2:00 protein shake 4:00 protein shake 7:30 1 cup Jambalaya with chicken and sausage/ 1-2 cups green beans 9:30 bag of popcorn Good on vitamins, water was only 40 oz but I had 16 oz of lactaide milk in 2 of my shakes and one was 8 oz of pre-made liquid shake. Exercise-well, I went to the mall and kickboxed my way through the first day of the Fourth of July sale madness! Great deals on kids clothes for school! Elesha

Th South beach bar has 140 cals in it. Its one of the lower cal bars...Melissa told me about them and gave me one to try and I really liked them. The other protein bars I have are like 240-260 cals. They taste more like real granola bars and are sweet but that could turn into a problem...haha My problem with them is that I cant make myself realize they are a meal in themselves. My head just doesnt comprehend that its lunch or whatever. To my head its just a snack. My problem is that if I have that stuff sitting around its easy to grab. I had just bought those yesterday morning at Wal-Mart. If I had just taken 1 to work it wouldnt have been a big deal but I brought the whole box inside so it wouldnt melt. Today is going to be better. I am going to have protein shake for breakfast and maybe a boiled egg then head out to rehearsal. We will be there from 10-2. I too was comfortable at 170i****hought if I didnt lose anymore I would be okay. But... I want to get to about 140 or so just because. Right now I fluctuate between 155-158. Want a tummy tuck - doc says my skin is about 10 pounds. That would put me right around where I want to be. This is what we are discussing Weds at my 9 mos visit. Cross your fingers that insurance doesnt deny me... My never go past weight is 160. Although after yesterday I may have just blown that.
