A WONDERFUL NEW HOT WEATHER RECIPE!!!!!

I am eating (drinking) the bestest treat I have had in ages! It is almost like ice cream...it is sooooo good..... When my bananas get too ripe to eat or almost too ripe to eat, I put them in a zip loc freezer bag (whole, with peel intact) and stick them in the freezer....Then I made this up.... Banana Ice Cream/Smoothie/Milk Shake. 2 large frozen bananas 1 box sugar-free jello pudding mix (I used pistachio cause that was all I had left in the cupboard.) 2 cups milk (or more if you want it to be a shake or drinkable.) Vanilla flavoring Peel bananas with a paring knife. Cut into chunks. Put bananas, milk, pudding mix and vanilla flavoring into a blender. Blend until smooth.... This made enough for me, Em & Jim Eat with a spoon and/or drink it as it melts....If you use French Vanilla pudding, it tastes just like banana pudding that's frozen!!! YUM!!!
