Just in the summer. Thats about all I can handle anyway.. Haha...
I had fun today. I have got to loosen up and get me some exercise clothes. These shorts aint gonna cut it. When we stretched our legs out and did those kicks --everyone could see up my shorts. Good thing there were only 5 of us there... But its possible I could have scarred your son. Haha...
I think that will be a fun class. I liked it.. It was a workout but I felt kinda silly cause I was kinda lost a little bit esp with the punches. I am gonna get it though. I would love to be her size.
You on the other hand did FANTASTIC.. You had it goin on! So did your son...I gotta wear my sports bra too.. I couldve gotten 2 black eyes today.... Those jumping jacks were torturous.. Haha...
I could definatly feel my abs getting a workout. I liked that part. I am gonna do that in the morning and evenings.
I liked it too. She did alot of the moves slower during the warm-up which is why I kinda was more familiar with them. I didn't notice you flashing I was too busy trying to keep up with Shannon and I don't think anyone else noticed either. You're safe.
Experience lesson: Don't buy exercise clothes anywhere but Wal-Mart. What I mean is, the stuff in the mall is way over-priced by comparison, even on sale. I will wear more snug fitting clothes next session my shirt and pants flopping around were a nuisance...in a tank and a heavy duty bra, only my arms will be flapping! Won't that be pretty!

Okay, here goes:
Breakfast low carb waffle
2 tbs sf blueberry jam
Snack protein bar
Lunch grilled chicken salad
ranch
Snack 3/4 of an apple
Dinner 3/4 ckn quesadilla
2 tbs rice and 2 tbs beans
NO CHIPS AT THE MEXICAN PLACE - GO ME!
Snack 1/2 c raisin bran with 1/2 c lactaid milk
(one little bite of a blueberry turnover my sister made)
I did my taebo this evening. So far I am getting my workouts in. That is the only thing saving me right now under the stress I have right now at work with this IRS audit going on. I love my exercise. It is my saving grace. It was 8:00 when I got time to taebo but I am glad I did. I feel so destressed and calmer. I was a basket case and a *itch earlier LOL.

I dunno what I ate yesterday, but I KNOW it wasn"t enough!!! but I was too tired to care! I remember a biscuit and some ham and a lot of yellow-meated watermelon, a fat-free hotdog (Bryan fat-free Juicy Jumbo only 40 calories per hotdog and not too bad tasting for a hot dog....shudder...), 2 sugar free russell stover turtles, and about 5 bites of a ceasar salad. That's all I think.
I hope you get the job. Sorry about all the stress. I'd rather clean the shed out again rather than have that much stress! Just remember the Queen
