Foods Eaten Today Breakfast: Coffee Shake 2nd Breakfast: Half a biscuit - 1 sausage patty from Hardees Snack: Sausage Patty Lunch: 2 Ounces of meatloaf with catsup and corn on the cob Snack: 5 SF Lemon Cookies Dinner: Coffee Shake and yep... cheetos... 1 serving. Total Calories:1376 Fat:79 Total Carbs:105 Total Protein:66 I was doing good on the whole breakfast thing until I got to work and my boss had brought everyone a biscuit. Ugh, I tried to resist but couldnt. I pulled off the biggest part of the biscuit and threw it away. 2 hours later I had another patty but no biscuit. Emily had rehearsal today and I was stressing so I shared a back of 18 cookies with 2 lil boys while we watched. One of them told the other he couldnt eat them cause they were sugar free.. They pigged out on them. Glad they ate most of them or I would have. I got home and cleaned out my car and opened Emilys lunch box.. Guess what was in it?? You got it.. I ate 1 serving and poured the rest in the toilet and flushed. SHHHH... Dont tell my hubby. He is a "What you flushing?" nazi! I am disappointed in myself. I was told a few weeks ago that I would be doing a new special section for the newspaper. Its called Memories and its killing my butt. Today is really the first day I have had time to work on it. Remember I work in Finance and Memories is actually building the ads and placing them on the pages. Its neat because when it comes out I can say "I did that"... but then again... why me?? Nobody has really sold anything for Memories so I get to go thru all of the Wedding/Engagement/Birth Announcements/Anniversaries and choose which ones I want to have in Memories. Until it takes off and we start making revenue on it, that is. I have also applied for a job in Advertising --the position is Financial Analyst. My interview with the director is 2morrow. One of the managers under her came to me yesterday and said that the director and her had talked about me and she said she thought by what she was getting from her boss that I was gonna get it. The publishers secretary also told me yesterday that she heard I was going to get it. I asked her who she heard that from and she said she couldnt tell me. Ugh... My boss also said today that the job is as good as mine. I am a little nervous because its a totally different world in Advertising. But.. the potential for $$$ is great as that position makes $2.15 more an hour than mine and gets a monthly bonus. This week is close out week at work and I have been busting my butt trying to get everything in and sent to our corporate office -plus working on Memories since the deadline is next week for it to go to press and still trying to get my regular work done...I am gonna knock our Staff Accountants motorcycle over too cause he is driving me INSANE...Anal old fart! Our controller will be down tomorrow and he really ills me out so even though my week is still not as bad as Melissas I am feeling the stress and its been very hard to not eat what I really want. I almost bought a choch cream pie out of the vending machine today. It was 1.75 and all I took with me to the break room was 1.00 for a drink. If it werent such a long walk I would have gone and gotten another .75 cents but I am lazy and barely had time to breath. I had to walk outside and scream. My friend Jennifer came and got me a few times when she heard me throwing my pens down and biting peoples heads off. I turned 4 people away from desk today who came to me wanting information on how much vacation time they had left and I kept my phone on voice mail for almost the whole day. That makes me mad. You start out with this many --youve taken this many--leaving you this many... How hard is that to keep up with? I am venting. Gonna go take a very long hot bath in a few. Wish me luck on the interview. I feel confident but scared at the same time.

I love King Po! The hotter the better!! I asked my nurse at my 10 day appt if I could have hot stuff like Lousiana Hot Sauce and she said yes... I dont know if that spicy will hurt your pouch per se but I have had it since day 11. Haha... Yea, I dont do good with Rice.. Sometimes I do okay --but usually not. Gotta go boil eggs... My lunch date ditched me 2morrow...

I had 12 oz of milk with a scoop of unjury for breakfast. I ate 2 goldfish and one chip at 10:30 am/ I drank 4 oz of sf tea and ate a little chips and salsa with a few bites of a chile reneno at a Mexican rest. 2 pineapple chunks 20 oz water for sure I don't eat or drink the amt I need. It is so hard and I have no desire--which is good in a way. The unjury is helping lots though. Jane

I didnt leave wor****il 5:30... No, I didnt. I wanted to though. We will kickbox tomorrow. I have to get my daughter to rehearsal at 6 so how about just kickboxing? I am ready for these rehearsals to be over. Then I can really schedule some time. Are you free any on the weekends?

4:30 kickboxing-got it, I'll be there! If the class doesn't leave me in a crumpled heap on the floor, gasping for breath I may go do a few weights after it. I'm sure the class will cover all the major body parts and be probably enough in itself. My weekends are crazy, I'll have to play those pretty loose and not plan. Things seem to pop-up on the weekends and I like the flexibility to go with the flow. When is the play openning? I would love to come and see it. I think my kids would like to participate next time. I'll have to get the details and your opinion of the experience later. Take care at work today. See ya tonight, Elesha

The play is July 14, 15, and 16th. The 14th is when all the daycares come. Friday night the show is at 7:00p and then Saturday it is at 2:00p. They run about 2 hours but that includes intermission. This is our secong year to do Treehouse Players and I love it. She does too. Last year she was a Les Enfant in Beauty and The Beast--she sang one song at 3 different times in the play. Not much to mess up.. This year is Alice in Wonderland - but a weird version -Zany and Hip Hop--lots of rythym and dancing..... She is a tourist who rides the Choo Choo thru Wonderland --she has to sing that song. Its like Copa Cobana song and they have to do that dance and go Choo Choo CHoo... Clickity Clank... --its one of the hardest parts for her. She is also in the opening and sings "Alice in WOnderland" and runs around on the stage during Alices transfer into Wonderland. Then she is a fan at the Baseball game and has to sing "Take me out to the ballgame". THen they sing a song called "Jabberwocky" and at the end the finale song "Your a Queen"--Everyone one of these songs has movement and it has been a challenge learning them. 5 different songs.. 5 different dances. This play has Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb which are absolutly hilarious and so is Humpty Dumpty --he hangs himself with his tie when ALice sings Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall.... The tourists come in to view him and take pictures which is strictly forbidden and causes him to fall off the wall and crack. These 2 parts and the Choo Choo thru Wonderland is my favorite. I have tickets if you want to come. I can bring them to you tonight. I am watching the Friday night show since it is the best. Its the fanciest and thats when they get to get the flowers and when the Director makes her speech. There were 125 kids that auditioined and 75 were chosen. Usually once you get in one production though you are guaranteed in the next one. This is kindergarten thru 12th grade. Of course all the leads are usually the older kids who have been doing it for awhile and the littler ones are supporting... but one day mine will be the lead! Haha..

Bummer, we will be on vacation starting on the 14th. It sounds like fun, do they do productions during the Fall too or is it just a Summer thing. Elesha
