I loved that comment "extensive upper respiratory workout (AKA giggling at ourselves)"...haha... Thought I was gonna die on that eliptical.
I did do 2 miles on the bike though. It took me 8.5 mins.. haha.. I want to get that way down. I had it on level 7 for most of it though. It was the last 1/2 mile that I knocked the level back down to 4 and 5. My legs was-a-burning!!
I dont feel sore today. I will check out the abs class. It may be torture! Of course you and your flat tummy will ditch me on this class! Kickboxing is going to hurt but it will be great! THen we can kick each others ass for exercise! Haha...
My daughter loved your kids. She liked playing dodgeball with them. It was all around really fun.
