Great recipes I wanted to share...
Hey ya'll here are 2 really good recipes or at least my family and I thought they were. Thought some of ya'll might like them.
Chicken Pizza Casserole
ingredients:
2 roasted chicken breast
1/4-1/2 cup Ragu pizza sauce
4 oz pepperoni
mozzarella shredded cheese
cheddar cheese shredded
toppings as desired (green pepper,onion,mushroom,olives,etc.)
Preheat oven to 400.
Roast chicken and chop. Saute toppings. In small casserole dish
place 1/2 chicken brush with 1/2 the sauce place half the pepperoni
then 1/2 the cheese then finish with toppings. Repeat . Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and melted.
Italian Chicken
This is really really easy
Ingredients: 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
1 pkg dry Italian dressing (you can use 2 for more flavor)
4 bonless chicken breast
Preheat oven to 350
Mix cheese and dressing mix. Coat chicken.
Spray pan and place chicken in pan. Cover with tin foil and bake
for appr. 30-45 minutes depending on thickness of chicken.

I have got to figure out a way to eat more.I know that sounds silly but
my protein and calories are no where near what they should be. I wonder
if it is because Dr King progresses you so slow compared to others.
If I eat snacks I feel like I'm grazing and thats not good but I can't
eat no more at one time. I feel full and scared of stretching my pouch too
much.

I think I might be hurting tomorrow or Thursday but I told Elesha not to let me wimp out on the exercising. I want to get a routine. Gonna pay the extra $10.00 to go to both Y's so I can go with Melissa when Elesha cant go...
It was fun but we had planned on working out for 45 mins then water aerobics for 45 mins and then swimming with the kids but the pool was closed for cleaning. My daughter who goes to camp there said someone had an accident in it. I am thinking of going to the Perfect Ab class 2morrow. Its 30 mins. Ouchy.. but thats where I need the most work.
