B-1 piece cheese toast
S-protein shake
L-2 oz italian chicken, 2 cauliflower flowerets,1 tsp light ranch dressing
S-plum
Supper-1/2 cup of pizza casserole ( I this recipe off of Low Carb Friends it was really good has no crust just meat, cheese and veggies)
Snack- small piece of sf strawberry cheesecake
nighttime 2 sf peppermint patties
