I 'll go 1st what did ya'll eat today?
B~protein shake with half a banana blended in
S~none
L~1/4 or little less kids spegettios with meatballs
S~1 small slice pepper jack cheese and 1 cup diet coke!
D~1 cup of hot and sour soup (i mainly ate the tofo and mushrooms in it) the inside of a pork egg roll, and 2 small shrimp I now know what happens when you eat a few bites too much!
S~cup of choco carb countdown ff milk
i took my vits, b-12 & biotian and i drank about 32 oz of h2o today-not enough-I'll work on that before bed!!
Okay here is what I had:
B hi protein waffle
2 tbs sf blueberry jelly
S protein bar
L 1 low carb tortilla with peanut butter and sf jelly
S 1/2 banana with 1 tbs peanut butter
D grilled mahi mahi
grilled squash and zuccini
cream corn
tomato slice
tartar sauce
Dessert Homemade sugar free strawberry ice cream with small piece sf angel food cake; I will have to post this recipe later. the neighbors did not know it was sugar free until i told them. It was great.

8:00 coffee/handful of peanut butter pretzels
10-12 1 liter of water
12:30 2 chicken legs/1 cup potato salad/ 1 piece of buttered french bread/SF bananna pudding/brownie
1:30-3:00 2 diet cokes
4:30 handful of peanuts
5:30 1 little brownie
8:00 broiled catfish
10:00 protein shake with german chocolate SF syrup
I'm taking an actifed so hopefully I'll do no more eating tonight. If I do, I'll confess in the morning.

Night time eating update:
3:00 finished the rest of my protein shake and had 2 SF Reese's. not terrible, but still fueling a bad pattern of eating
Our dog really is beginning to form a pattern of waking me up. She may have to spend some of these warm Southern nights outdoors if this continues.

Breakfast: Coffee Shake and Frozen Sausage biscuit
Snack: 10-15 pistachio nuts and 6 ounces of Diet Sunkist
Lunch: 1/4 cup of green beans, 1/4 cup of lima beans, 2-3 ounces of chicken, and 2 bites of roll
Snack: 10-15 more pistachio nuts - Diet Rock Star drink
Dinner: Mahi Mahi, Creamed Corn, Squash and Zuchini, tomato slice, tarter sauce (John and Melissa cooked all of this and it was wonderful and very healthy and all of it was fresh ---fresh as you can get)
Dessert: SF strawberry Homemade Ice Cream
Snack: South Beach Chocolate Bar

Acomplishment: No potato chips - I think I am almost cured
Took my B12 sublingual and 2 viactivs.
It was wonderful. It was better tasting than any other protein bar I hae had. It was almost too sweet but it got the job done.
When I got home my hubby wanted some of that Mahi Mahi.. I had to give him some.. grrr... He ate half of it.
I stayed up all night I think...I just woke up about 30 minutes ago. Gotta clean house and wash clothes. I feel tired still...Muscle aches..
Breakfast/ morning : 40 oz crystal lite *sf peach iced tea- yum*
(driving to Louisiana, 3½ hr drive), vitamin#1
Snack: snack size of bbq pork rinds
Lunch: McD's 1/2 of a BigNTasty minus bottom bun, easy mayo
( yeah I know.. flame me LOL A)
( on the way home now, another 3½ drive back )

Dinner: Half of a homemade soft taco/ meat/cheese/lettuce/tomato/ whole wheat tortilla
then took a 2 hr nap LOL
Snack: SF bluebunny white chocolate / vanilla ice cream
while sitting on the computer: second vitamin & another 20 oz of tea
