Breakfast protein shake/2% milk/ scoop of calcium/B12 subling. Snack: half an apple and my first multi vitamin Lunch: small bag of terijaki beef jerky (gimme a break, had to run errands LOL) Snack: 2 cheese stix ( lowfat mozarella) Dinner: whole wheat tortilla, topped w/ thin sliced turkey, swiss and tomatoes second chewable vitamin Water: 8 oz milk w/ shake, 4 20oz bottles of water w/ crystal lite, 1 12 oz of decaf community coffee/hazelnut and currently drinking last 20 oz of water for the day ( total 120oz) Boring huh?

Andie.. How in the world can u drink all of tha****er. I have a very hard time with my water. Today I have had 9 ounces. Counting my 2 protein shakes and my diet dr pepper.. my total liquids come to 32 ounces.

errrr well, I guess I'm just a greedy gulper LOL I dunno!! I had gotten used to it when I was still living in Pascagoula, I'd have a half hour drive to work and half hour back, during that I would drink a 20 oz each time, just keep an open bottle in hand and drink drink drink... mainly because I always had problems in the beginning remembering at work that I needed to drink. Forcing the 20 oz in the car before and after work would give me just one bottle left for the entire rest of the day. Now I'm so used to constantly drinking, I have that bottle with me anywhere I go and I'm constantly sipping. It was a matter of getting used to it. "Conditioned myself" to it. I got painfully aware of my habit on Thursday when I had to do my one yr bloodwork and had to follow the 12-hr-no-eat-no-drink diet till I got the blood drawn. OH MY GOSH! My Doctor's appointment in NOLA was at 130, I got to the hospital, where I have my blood work done as well as my doctor's appointment, an hour prior to that. going 12+ hrs without drinking dang near killed me. I walked out of the phlobotomy lab and nearly gulped a quarter of a bottle LOL I felt totally bloated for about 10 minutes after that and sick. OLD HABITS die hard I guess.. learned I could NOT do it, no matter how thirsty I am LOL

And I am done... Breakfast: Coffee Shake and hard boiled egg Lunch: Chicken 2.5 ounces 1/2 cup Squash Snack: SF Blueberry Pie Snack: Enduldge SF Twix Copy Cat Supper: Beets (with Mayo mixed in) 1 Devilled Egg with mayo and Mustard 1 bite of Mesquite Chicken (didnt like it) Later I will have another protein shake. Its totaled in already. I need a woohoo from yall... Not really for me but for my skinny mutant friend Jennifer. I grabbed a bag of chips from her desk today and she grabbed them and crunched them all up so they werent edible. She grabbed the other and LAST bag and crunched them up and threw them away. The temptation is gone. But I did have 3 ounces of Diet Dr. Pepper and a SF Red Bull...The red bull had 10 cals in it. Its added in as well. I would rather have that 10 from the red bull than the 150 from the tator chips! I think my numbers look ok for the day. LOOK MELISSA--I ADDED MY CONDIMENTS!! Here's mine ! B~protein shake 37 grams protein S~1/2 small diet coke from sonic!!!! ( sorry i couldnt stand it any longer i had to test the waters , and i was fine) L~2oz louis rich southwestern grilled chicken on 1/2 cup mixed baby greens with balsamic vinagerette about 3 teaspoons full S~2 tiny slices of pepper jack cheese D~ I'm sceared to post this--1 small slice sasauge pizza crust and all S~4 red grapes (i didnt dump Andie) I've had my 64 oz of water and a cup of light hawiann punch .flinstons, calicum, B-12 i don't know if i bought the right ones i got the ones you put under you tounge for 20sec before you swallow them. I will do better tomorrow!! I promise!!

awww I'm again jealous.. you can eat grapes hehehe Girl you did ok. Don't sweat it, if you tolerate okay, just dont let the pizza become a daily habit. Remember, white flour stuff means useless carbs. Veggies are the good carbs Once in a while you gotta treat yourself to your cravings, I say. ~Andie~

Here is what I had: B waffle (low carb) 2 tbs blueberries 2 tbs sf syryp S protein bar L 2.5 oz rotisserie chicken 1/2 c squash bite of corn on cobb S banana D chinese restaurant bite of chicken crab leg 1 sm. cheese stick bite of dumpling bite of wanton basically tasted several things Dessert 3/4 nsa carb freedom ice cream cone thingy drank water, diet coke, water, diet sunkist took all vitamins Melissa

Ok well I think I did very bad tonight. (my husband said hes making a new rule Friday we eat out ) Here's what I had: B: 1/4 pancake (ate off hubbies plate no syrup), crystal lite S: cheese hot dog (6grams protein ), crystal lite L: 1/2 egg salad sand (eggs and light mayo), crystal lite S: cheese hot dog, crystal lite D:1/2 Sonic burger, 5-10 french fries and diet coke crystal lite, crystal lite, crystal lite...... the rest of tonight. I do not drink water (well like once a week I will grab a glass of water, anything I drink has to have a flavor... I am not kidding I hate the taste of water. When I was in Turkey I loved it cause they had this water that was bottled only like 100 miles away and it was so good (and cheap)was like $2-3 for a box of small bottles (like 24--1 liter bottles.) I hate it here (in the states) because water is so expensive. (well good water). The water we had over there didn't have the taste that most of the waters here (in the states) have. yucky!!!! Anyways I am headed off to bed got a long day tomorrow have to right this presentation and then start to rehearse it. (Has to be memorized) GRRRRRR *~* Iris *~*
