ALMOST ALL CLEAR FOR SURGERY!

HEY YALL! I HAVE REALLY GREAT NEWS. .. MY PSYCHIATRIST HAS CLEARED ME FINALLY FOR SURGERY, SO HAS THE CARDIOLOGIST, AND MY PCP, I GO JUNE 30 FOR MY SLEEP STUDY. THAT'S THE LAST MILESTONE OTHER THAN FINISHING THE REST OF MY PCP SUPERVISED DIET. ONLY 2 MONTHS AND 3WEEKS LEFT!!!!!!! IM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!! MY PSYCH ADVISED ME TO NOT LISTEN TO MY NEGATIVE TALKING HUBBY, HE SAID TO DO WHAT WAS IN MY BEST INTEREST. GOOD TO HAVE THE DOC ON YOUR SIDE! TAKE CARE CRYSTAL

I just read your profile and let me tell you sister - you and I are the same. I have gone through the same things you have. I hated school so much because the kids were so mean. We had our 10 year reunion a few years ago and I did not go. I told my husband "why would I want to go and spend time with people who were so mean to me back then!". They gave me such a complex, I have no self-esteem and I know it stems from all the verbal abuse I suffered in school. I can't even go to the store by myself because I feel that everyone is looking at me. I have always said that kids do not realize how their words affect other people and how it scars them for life! I longed to be friends with the poplular kids and they would only pretend to be my friend so they could pull some kind of practical joke on me.
