GOT SOME EXTRA PROTEIN IN TODAY.....
I will start off the what did you eat today......
Breakfast: 1 biscuit & 2 strips bacon
Lunch: 1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese and 4 ant-infested* low-fat Ritz and 1 tangerine
Supper: veggie beef soup
Snacks: Russell Stover Sugar-free peanut brittle bites (5 over the day....)

*NO, I didn't know they were ant-infested until AFTER I ate.....but hey, extra protein!!!

Popcorn -unbuttered...
Supper:
Beets
Thats all I have had so far. I plan on keeping it that way... except for a protein shake when I get home. I already have it in my totals.

L- grilled ckn salad (about 1 cup) with ranch dressing
S- Peach
D- tortilla with jalepino cheese, sour cream and salsa
S- watermelon or pineapple slice (forecasting)
I drank about 40 oz of water and 16 oz of tea.
I know I am not getting enough protein, but I do my best. I will try harder.

Dessert later homemade sf blueberry pie with lite cool whip
No ants for me today. But I have always heard they are nothing but protein LOL.
