I will start off the what did you eat today...... Breakfast: 1 biscuit & 2 strips bacon Lunch: 1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese and 4 ant-infested* low-fat Ritz and 1 tangerine Supper: veggie beef soup Snacks: Russell Stover Sugar-free peanut brittle bites (5 over the day....) Smoochies Arlies *NO, I didn't know they were ant-infested until AFTER I ate.....but hey, extra protein!!!

You didnt eat very much!! ME: Breakfast: Coffee Shak Egg, whole, boiled Lunch: Amberjack 2.5 oz Vegetable combinations (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini.) Snack: SF Mint Choc Candy Apple (I dropped it this morning so I only ate 1/2 of it) 2nd Snack Popcorn -unbuttered... Supper: Beets Thats all I have had so far. I plan on keeping it that way... except for a protein shake when I get home. I already have it in my totals. Total Calories 821 Fat 31 Carbs 82 Protein 61 Gotta go to rehearsal.. What, no chips today? YOu did forget to list something under your lunch. Condiments count, sister. You had ranch and tartar sauce too. Don't forget to feed hubby some beets for a snack later tonight. Hubba, Hubba, Hubba LOL Melissa

B- 3/4 c Cream of wheat with splenda L- grilled ckn salad (about 1 cup) with ranch dressing S- Peach D- tortilla with jalepino cheese, sour cream and salsa S- watermelon or pineapple slice (forecasting) I drank about 40 oz of water and 16 oz of tea. I know I am not getting enough protein, but I do my best. I will try harder.

bad food day for me! B~protein shake 37grams protein S~ 1 peice s/f mint choco chip candy L~3 bites wendys chiliw/h cheese S~1 peice of beef jerky homemade D~2 jumbo shrimp and 1/4 cup stir-fry spinich havent drank enough today gonna try to drink more before bed DAWN

In my opinion your food looks fine. I cant fuss abou****er. I dont get what I need either. But I have been trying lately.

Here goes: B low carb waffle 2 tbs sf syryp 2 tbs blueberries S protein bar L grilled amberjack vegetable trio (broccoli, cauliflower, zuccini) ranch and tartar sauce S apple D rotisserie chicken stewed squash and onion 1/2 pc corn on cobb Dessert later homemade sf blueberry pie with lite cool whip No ants for me today. But I have always heard they are nothing but protein LOL. Melissa
