:-) Got my date to see the surgeon at Keesler

Just wanted to share that I got my date to see the surgeon ( DR LO) on the 6th of July keep your fingers crossed and please pray that I will be able to have wls. Thank you!

Now AMY That's MY MAN YOU CANT HAVE HIM !!!!!!LOL I LOVE DR LO! He told me yesterday that i didnt need to come back for 3 mos and i pouted!!! I'll have to come up with a problem where i can see him. CAn i go with you?Haha!!! You will love him, but i am his favorite patient, i guess i'll share him with you this time!! You can tell him he already knows hpw i feel about him. Dawn I only need his hands long enough to do the surgery. I wont take him promise! It is great to hear that you liked him and that you are doing so well postop. That puts my mind at ease that he is a great surgeon. I havent heard anything negative about any of the docs at Keesler. You can always come see me postop at the hospital and maybe he will be making rounds on the ward. Congrats on doing so well post op. That is my hope smooth surgery and no complications postop.

Gril he has magic hands!LOL I didnt have one bit of pain, he is very picky about his work, that a very good thing! I think me my be perfect!LOL I will come see you post op ! you need to come to the support group meeting on the 28th at 700 in the autiorum(sp )up the tall stairs and to the right! BE THERE!!!this's alot of fun and good info and you will be very excited to see the results these people have had! DAWN

Congrats! You will be a loser before you know it. This is the only time in life that we do not get mad to be called losers! The docs at Keesler are great and you will be in good hands just be sure to follow their instructions and get up and walk as soon as you can the evening of your surgery. It is important to walk walk walk and sip sip sip. I will not be able to attend this months support group meeting but I will be there in July. Look forward to meeting you, be sure and post when you get your surgery date.

Rhonda thank you for the advice. I will make sure I walk and sip. I cant wait to be a loser. I look forward to meeting you as well. I have been blown away at how great you all are here on the boards.
