5:30 1 chocolate chip cookie
5:45 another chocolate chip cookie
6:15 another chocolate chip cookie
8:15 big glass of water (24oz)
8:30 2-3 pieces of fried fish
9:00 another chocolate chip cookie
At least the CC cookies are gone and I won't be eating them anymore!

I went to a discount grocery last night JUST to grab a loaf of bread and I hit the jackpot... They had those SF candy bars for 10 cents each. I loaded up. I got a BUTT load of them. They also had the protein bars. The 5 packs were 2/$1.00. I havent ever tried those but if I dont like them I can put them in a goodie basket for the next person who has surgery along with all the Mocha Lattes that are piling up in my refridgerator.
If anyone is in Hattiesburg and need some SF stuff or Protein bars -- go to SUZYS on Highway 49 near the Bowling Alley. She has 2 shopping carts full of those SF candy bars. Also, I think I left some of the protein bars. I grabbed 6 boxes but I think there are still some.
I made myself proud too.. While I was in there I bought beets, peas, green beans, brocolli, soup, and asparagus. I dont care if the cans are bent. My can opener sometimes gets mad at me.. but hey--I saved $$$...I am trying to get myself into eating healthy foods and stay away from the bad stuff. I love beets so--this will work for me. I also got some more eggs cause I need them to snack on instead of the chips. I boiled them up this morning and have them at work in the fridge. Also brought 5 slices of deli ham (80 cals for the 5 slices)... That was my planned lunch BUT... Think I am gonna have Amberjack and Steamed veggies again... Just too good to resist and ITS HEALTHY!
Anyway---$37.00 later ---I got the BREAD and several other good for me stuff.

Im proud of you too christine!But you talked about my chicken liver and i have to say eeewwww to your boiled eggs!! I couldnt eat one to save my life! You done better than me shopping i went to wally world yesterday to just get diapers and spent 123.00 I allways do though!! The amberjack and veggies sounds so good, im hungery right now! DAWN

I don't think I did too bad today. I had NO dessert, Oh and I went to the gym today!!

We were told Monday night by Dr. Carsons that we do not absorb the calcium in the tums. We are supposed to be taking calcium citrate to get maximum calcium absorbtion. So I retired my viactiv chews and bought some. I haven't taken any of it. I just get it out and look at it because the pill is really big and I am scared of it even he said swallow the darn thing.
I have not been to the gym. I am going through withdrawal. I had support group Mon., Dr. Whitehead's seminar Tues., church Wed. I had plans to go to the gym tonight but I broke my toe. I cannot go without exercise. I exercise 5 or 6 days per week. So I am going to give taebo a try barefoot. That should be interesting.

P.S. Getting excited about the bash. Christine is worse than me though. She has already planned our menu for the weekend. Of course, it is all things I have to cook LOL.
Well, I ran into the door facing with my toe and I am not sure if it is broken or just really jammed. But I hit it so hard it split my toenail all the way down.
For the bash on Saturday, I am cooking a sugar free blueberry creamcheese pie and a really easy chicken pot pie. Both use a pillsbury pie crust in the aluminum pan. That way I don't need dishes.
Christine has me cooking grilled fish and steamed veggies on Friday night with a sugar free cherry crescent roll dessert. She wants high protein low carb waffles with sugar free syryp and blueberries Saturday morning. She has submitted her menu. I guess she thinks I love her or something and will cook all of this for her. Heck, she knows I will. I like to cook.

YES, I am excited about the bash. YES, I will make Melissa cook all the food. She is a good cook and has very good healthy recipes. Plus... I suggested that we have Amberjack that Friday night... I am addicted to Amberjack now and whose fault is that? Hmm... One good guess.
