Vegetable combinations (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini.)
Ranch Dressing 1 tablespoons
Next Snack:
Apple
Next Snack: Lays Potato Chips (JUST HANG ME) I have no willpower.
Supper:
Squash with Onions
Charcoal steak (swallowed about 1 ounce -too tough for my liking)
Water: Approximatly 16 ounces and about 4 ounces of tea with splenda (can I count my protein shakes as liquid --if so - total liquids 43 ounces)
I will have another protein shake before bed bring my totals for today:
Total Calories 1071
**Not as bad as yesterday as far as calories go... but still having troubles with the chips --I dont know what to do...Feeling like a failure**
Here is what I had today:
B low carb waffle
sf syryp
2 tbs blueberries
S protein bar
L 2 oz grilled amberjack
Steamed vegetable tri (broccoli, cauliflower, zuccini)
1 tbs tartar sauce and about 1 tbs ranch
S cantelope
D 1/2 ckn quesadilla
2 tbs refried beans
2 tbs rice
S 1/2 c. raisin bran
1/2 c. lactaid
Forgot my vitaminis this morning so I will take them tonight when I normally would have taken my calcium. I did take my sublingual B-12 and my biotin at work. I got in about 30 oz of countable liquid. Better than yesterday at least. I plan on one more glass of water before bedtime.
My accomplishment for the day was that I went to the Mexican Restaurant and I did not eat any chips and salsa. Not even a bite. I am so proud. NO CHIPS! If you all only knew how good that is for me. I don't think I have ever been to a Mexican Rest. that I didn't eat at least one chip.

I am so so so proud of you! No chips. Thats hard to resist --I DO know what an accomplishment that is. I could not resist esp at El Mariachi. I avoid it at all costs. But you see my weakness is salty chips. I have a problem. 2morrow - my vow.. NO CHIPS. I am proud of you!!
You are doing good on your water. Is your headache gone? Mine is... and no I didnt have caffeine. It must have been the garlic in the squa****s a natural healer.. Haha.
Hubby was talking today about how he wanted some french toast. I told him he could make some but I couldnt have any. He is planning on getting up in the morning and cooking them breakfast. Pray for me tonight. It will be hard to resist the bread and the syrup. I dont have any SF syrup.
They sound good and I will get some... Everytime you mention something you have eaten.. I WANT IT...

B~I had my protein shake van car inst break w/h scoop of unflav unjury and a few frozen blueberries blended w/h 1 cup car countdown ff milk- i only got 1/2 of this down the blueberries made it yuck
L~ 2oz tyson grilled chicken strip on 1/2 cup mixed baby salad greens w/h balsamic vinagrette
S~ sugar free mint choc chip hard candy 1 piece
D~1 chicken tenderloin no breading and 1 chicken liver i pulled the crust off , but still bad i know!!
S~s/f jello w/h squirt of 0 carb whip cream!! Yumm
i drank 64oz of h2o and 1 cup light hawiann punch had my flinstone-yuck and thats it for today unless i drink more h2o

Your water looks great! You need a B12 suppliment. Has your doc talked to you about that? Also, some calcium suppliments.
I take Viactiv and been taking B12 sublinguals that Melissa gave me. I usually get the B12 shot but its due and I havent gotten it yet so these are great.
I love chicken livers too and beef liver with onions.. Yummy!! I have eaten both since my surgery. I can usually only eat one chicken liver because they are fried, but that is enough to curve my craving for them. Did you cook them at home or get them out somewhere, if you got them out, where from?
