What We Ate Today
i am not eating very well either....
Breakfast: 1 banana
lunch: 1 cream of chicken cup-a-soup mixed with 1 chicken noodle-cup-a-soup and 1 cup water. A 1 inch square of cornbread
off and on during the day; 3 sugar free russell stover peanut brittle bites
Supper: 1/3 chicken breast, 2 tbs mashed taties w/fat-free gravey, and 1 tbs speckled butterbeans....
I drank one juice box (all juice - NO sugar) and a couple of glasses (16 oz each) of crystal lite sunrise grapefruit koolaid.
I need more fluid and NO SUGAR FREE TREATS!!! bUT I DIDN'T EAT A SLIM-A-BEAR!!!!!
