What We Ate Today
I did bad...Very bad... This is everything I put in my mouth today.

Breakfast: Protein Shake and 1 SF Caramel Nip (on my way out the door to work-7:30a)
Snack: 2 SF Russell Stover Cocunut Bars (there are no more of these so this temptation is gone) --around 10am
Lunch: 1/4 cup of Black Eyed Peas, 2 Ounces of roast, 1/2 of a cornbread muffin, toppings off my salad (wasnt much)---my friend and I ordered a blue plate lunch and split it. (Around Noon)
Snack: Boiled peanuts and another protein shake (about 2)
Snack: Apple (about 4)
Dinner: I CONFESS...very small bag of Baked Lays Cheddar and Sour cream chips and 4 bites of tuna salad from Subway (about 5:30)

My bad stuff today was the Baked Lays and I had too much boiled peanuts.
My accomplishments for the day... I did NOT drink one sip of fluid while I ate or for 30 mins before or after. I did NOT have any caffeine or carbonated beverage. I drank 1/2 a liter of water.. I vow to have the rest finished before I go to bed. I also resisted hersheys kisses. Our classified manager has them in his office on his desk and I usually hit it once a day. NO MORE! I made him promise not to let me have any ever again.
I went to the fruit stand after lunch and bought some corn on the cob, squash, blueberries, and apples. I had to ask Melissa and her husband how to cook the squash but we will have it tomorrow night and I will bake some sort of meat to go with it and some mashed potatoes for the family. They wont eat the squash but I will steer clear of the potatoes.
I am on day 3 of my period and I hope this bad eating is over soon.
I also took a B12 sublingual that Melissa brought me and I took my multivitamins.
Any one else suck like me?

B-my protein shake vanilla-car.inst.break-w/h a scoop of unflav unjury and 2 strawberries and 3 ice cubed blended mixed w/h 1 cup f/f carb count down milk
L-2 slivers of chicken on 1/2 cup mixed baby salad greens w/h balsimic vinageratte
s-s/f jello w/h squrit of 0 carb whip cream yum
d-1/4 of a baked pork chop, and 1 spear of mushy broccoli
this is all do yall think it is to much or can i fit in some of thoes cakes?

If you want that cake so bad... GO FOR IT! But.. I tell you what.. It is empty calories and YOU WILL BE SICK! Or even worse you could find out that you dont dump on sugar. Then you will be eating sugar again which will defeat the purpose of this surgery. WE have to get our minds right. You tell me honestly whats wrong with the foods I ate and I will tell you. WE have to do this for ourselves. You are still "honeymoonin" and better not eat that cake. If you do I am getting in my car and driving to the coast to beat you!
I dont want you to eat that cake. Your food choices for today have been very good. DONT blow it now.

Lets just say I am a carboholic and did not get in very much protein at all today. It was a very bad day!
No breakfast just vitamins
Lunch: 1/2 of Popeyes Fried Chicken drumstick
3 french fries
Dinner: small new potato with sour cream and butter
I drank about 24 oz of decaf tea
and I drank about 30 oz of water.
Also, I had a piece of my sugar free blueberry pie about 15 minutes ago which is way to late to be eating!!
BAD BAD BAD DAY! I usually eat salad for lunch with grilled chicken and I usually have fruits and veggies every day.

Ok, I will try to start eating something for breakfast. I usually drink some Low Acid OJ, but I am out and don't want to buy any because we are leaving on Friday and will be gone until after the 4th of July. I am going to go into withdrawals not being with you guys on here everyday. I need a laptop!! I think I will put that on my wish list!!
The blueberry pie was good, but I am going to have to leave out the cream cheese next time, I felt horrible after I ate a piece. I am sure it was the cream cheese.
I have tried the nekked strips, they are good, but it is the crust that is good and spicy and that is my favorite part.
I will try to have fruit for breakfast from now on.. I promise, but I did not eat this morning and I am at work with nothing but junk food here so I will not eat today until lunch. But I am drinking water!!

S protein bar
L tuna salad
S apple
D pork roast
1/4 to 1/2 baked potato with ham and cheese (shush, bad I know)
S 1/2 c raisin bran, 1/2 c lactaid
1/2 diet coke, 2 big glasses water (I know I've got to drink more)
Took all my vitamins

7:00-2 coffees
10:30-handful of dry roasted peanuts
12:00-3"x3" lasagna (beef, cottage cheese, moz cheese, tomato sauce)
2:00-coffee
4:00-SF chocolate mint ice cream about 1 cup
6:00-Started making dinner and nibbled on cheese, salad, coleslaw
7:00-2 pieces fried fish, 1 chicken tender, 2 hushpuppies, 1-2 cup salad with greens, mandarin oranges, cranberries, pecans, tomatoes & colby cheese with raspberry vinegrette dressing, ketchup and tartar sauce
8:00-2 cups coffee, 6 nibbles of key lime pie (half of a small slice) and 2 nibbles of banana split cake I insisted that my guests take home their desserts!
10:00-1 piece of fried fish while cleaning up after party
I am hoping that logging my eating will help curb the night-eating habit. It is 10:45 now, so I'll be sure to log anything eaten after this post.
