Hey Christine!! Yeah of COURSE you can come chat. I 'm so aggrevated today, I would love to chat but my **blank blank ** laptop with the wireless connection will NOT stay online long enough to even post , it keeps logging off. The cable guy is supposed to come put some kinda booster in tomorrow, and then we're hooking up the LAN cables into the phone line that runs thru the house Thursday ( we don't use it for phone, and the line in the house is a LAN line, perfect for this stuff!! hehe, it helps to have a hubby who networks huh? ). Therefore Friday , Sat or Sunday I will be able to enjoy uninterrupted chatting pleasure LOL Give me a hint here, when's a good time? I'm home at 415 pm, I usually go online around 9 but really it doesnt matter.. make suggestions, guys!!

Heyyyy.. I have one of those steel pouchies... it's a good thing, I can tolerate meats perfectly fine. I can NOT handle grapes, I can NOT tolerate my protein shake if I drink it too fast ( and it's SUGAR FREE!! go figure tzzzzzzzzzzz ) Geezzz.... I remember it's hard to deal with not eating the way you want to the first few weeks.. Dawn, it's time you move on over here, so we can go get out the house when your hubby eats cake.. We'll go walking or something LOL So how about chatting friday nite? sat nite? sunday nite? I m online usually after 9, how u feel about it???

Girl, you'll NEVER bug me enough... I will enjoy being here and having you come over ( anyone else, too by the way!! LOL) anytime. I see them guys working out there on the other buildings all the time, even saw them on saturday working on a few garages and stuff. People are slowly filling up the buildings in our street. If you turn right after the shell station, that's the only ones that are open so far, so you can't miss my house. We're in 7361, when you come out this weekend to look at the houses, come on by !! I'm off this weekend, I should be home. If you see my maxima outside, I'm home !

Don't eat that cake, Dawn. First of all, it is not worth it. Dumping makes you think you are dying. Second of all, what if you are one of those few who doesn't dump. Do you really want to know? Just assume you will dump and be very sick. Because if you find out you don't dump, then you will sabotage yourself with the sweets if they are a weakness for you. Let's just pretend you dump really badly and that the cakes would make you pass out. So no cake. And you need to have a long talk with hubby and explain he can only bring pieces of cake into the house that will just be enough for he and the kids. That way there is no cake left to call your name and taunt you. What isn't in the house can't tempt you. Good luck and be strong, Melissa Taylor

Hey Melissa !!! I totally agree with you. I had to have that "talk" with my hubby a year ago ( since then, if he buys something for himself, he hides his snacks above the fridge in that cupboard wayyyyyyyyyy up there where I never even think about opening doors, I don't get tempted and I don't even care what's in there). I told him if I find ONE snack cake in the pantry, I am throwing it out or give it to the dog and he gets to clean up the mess Yeah , Dumping sux. Big time. My family has adapted. They still all get their sweets when hubby takes them out for a movie or stuff, but no more junk in the pantry ! If anything, it's sugar free candy and they won't touch it ( somehow they're convinced it's poisonous LOL). I like my sugar free candy, it kind of counter-acts the bothersome side effects of the iron pills. One piece is all it takes

Hey --- seems we have the same problems with SF stuff in the house. My family wont touch it either. They wont even try it. I made tea with Splenda the other day. I didnt tell anyone. My husband figured it out when he saw me drinking it and refused it but my daughter who is beginning to put on lots of weight had no clue and drank it. LOVED IT.
