Orange Roughy!!!
I have been experimenting with fish since I was allowed to eat it at 8 weeks. Tuna fish is fine, but I had a little problem with Cod. It tastes great, and stayed down fine, but made a fast exit. So I tried Orange Roughy on advice from my BIL who said it was good. Well, it tastes good too and seems to be processing well. I left off the lemon herb seasoning, though, since it has a lot of salt and the third ingredient listed was sugar. It was on my approved list though. So I quess it'll be tuna and OR for me. The OR is kinda expensive though.
Hey, I am not much of a fish eater either, but this past weekend we were in New Orleans and I decided to try some. I had grilled Mahi Mahi, and it was really good. The next day I had grilled Red Fish Fillets and that was really good too. So maybe, you can try either of these types. Best of luck!
