Here's the thing about this chicken there is no reciepe Donnie just adds stuff till it looks right to him , as he does all his cookin! LOL But we will give a shot at a reciepe ...this will be long.....
This is how he done it for the bash..
1 large bag of hind quarters split and then he split the thighs they were big. You can use what ever knida chic you want.
Put chic in large bowl or pot an add about....
1 cup or more peanut butter creamy we use jiff or smuckers natural or thani ( sesemee paste)
1/4 cup brown sugarLOL SORRY
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chili- garlic sauce- in the asian section or you may have to go to asian market for this - it comes in a plactic jar w/h a green lid and a rooster on the front w/h asian writin! It's a bright red sauce!
1 bunch of celantro chopped
2 teaspoons sesamee oil
juice of 1 lime give or take
ground black pepper to taste
you have to use your hands to get it coated on the bird -get it covered good-don't be sceared the bird is dead! And put in the frig several hrs or overnight-is better! And grill as you would any other chicken -until its done!LOL don't eat to much !!
